Fellow Restaurantosaurus cast member here: the theming of the restaurant is super fun!
When Chester and Hester discovered the Dino bones the Dino institute opened! But where were the institute students going to live?? Chester turned his old fishing lodge into housing for the students! The story behind Restaurantosaurus is that it started out as the cafeteria for the college students who were participating in the dino dig. And, since the students were strapped for cash, they decided to open the Restaurant! You can see the bunks up in the rafters. If you look closely at the decor inside you'll see 'osaurus' added to signs. One of the students, also known as the “osaurus bandit” joking added the phrase around the building! Hints Restaurant-osaurus 🦖

Hey JoJo, welcome back from break!! I agree about the characters - I saw Pluto last year at Epcot and he's my favorite character. We had such a great interaction but I could see the looks from other people. What is it with Disney cupcakes - I have the same problem. That Earth month elephant is in my snack list now 😃

I believe Restaurantosaurus is themed as dino institute intern living quarters. If you are in the lounge at the right time, dino interns are taking a break and playing songs.

Hey JoJo it’s me Lisa we met a year ago or so at Disney world. I have a picture of us from May the 4, 2022/2023 anyways, hope all is well with you and your family. The Viva Gaia street band is my absolute favorite, I dance with this band every week at Disney springs, they are under another name over there but it’s still them. I am apart of their dance team family of dancers. Hope you had a nice Easter and hope to see you again one of these days at the Disney parks or around central Florida. Ok, I thought something looked different, 4k definitely made a difference.
Munchlings is pretty ugly. Everytime ive gone to sniff one, its unscented. Also, i guess the majority of disney fans dont care about the harmful effects of artificial scents either.
