Both are good phone but I will say my choice is 1 plus nord ce 2 because 5000 jyada lagte hai bas thora sa difference hai. other wise aapki choice par nirbhar karta hai

You didn't mention Exploding of Nord 2, where Nord CE 2 comes up with a dual battery in it to overcome that issue.
