i bought black cumin oil to fight against inflammation, and not only did it help fighting inflammation, it also almost completely eliminated a very serious hemhorroids problem that i had for more than a decade.
Started to eat black cumin, 1/4 teaspoon of whole seeds per day. Was on it for 2 weeks. Cut myself cooking and had to go to urgent care because the bleeding just would not stop after 2 hours of trying. I'm not on any meds and didn't have any issues with bleeding before. Just beware, it will thin your blood.
@@johnonetwelve I take 1teaspoon a day, with honey. It can have some side effects, but they are minimal. It's a great antimicrobial, and it down-regulates the immune system, if like me, you have posted-covid inflammatory symptoms.
Dr. Great good 2 see a medical person second natural drugs. Dr. Do the Black Cumin seeds have the same benefits as the black oil, or do they differ, is 1 better than the other?
She didn't say anything about its bioavailability in the whole seed form, nor does any other video I've seen so far. Knowing what we know about many types of hard seeds passing right through us, my uninformed guess would be that you'd have to grind it up first, or risk only getting a small fraction of it absorbed. Anyone?
It does taste terrible but I’ve gotten used to it. Works really well. My allergies are better ( as long as I take it regularly) and my sciatica also improves with it.
In short, the answer is yes. There are two different seeds that are referred to as black cumin: Nigella Sativa and Bunium Bulbocastanum. The lady is talking about Nigella Sativa here, and black seed oil is made from the same seed. Edit: I'm sorry, I just watched the video till the end and there's a mistake there. In the footnote, the lady specified she was talking about Nigella Sativa, but what she showed at the end of the video is definitely not Nigella Sativa which is jet black, not brown. I'm guessing she confused the two black cumins, as some people do, and is in fact using Bunium Bulbocastanum thinking she is using Nigella Sativa.
I thought black cumin is Kalonji Jeeri and Black seed is Nigella Sativa. I actually sell both these seeds. Is there something amiss here or am I wrong?

How much matcha powder is in your morning matcha?
I think that is brown cumin not Black cumin. The black cumin or Black seed also called Nigella sativa is black.
Good question. I will look it up. Black seed oil tastes terrible, like motor oil might taste. 🤗

I put it in a peppermill.
🍃🌷🍃 Thank you for the info. What brand of Black Cumin do you use? Most people say it tastes terrible. 🌿
It does taste terrible, like motor oil might taste. It's awful so I got the capsules which is much much better! 🤗😇🌹❤️

I add a pinch to my banana covered with a small ribbon of peanut butter, granola, and nuts or seeds like pumpkin and sunflower.
What?! I find the spice, which was new to me, super delicious!
Is black cumin same as Nigella Sativa?
Yes
GREAT INFO...
Can you eat the flowers Nigella sativa
It doesn’t seem the Black seed in bottle is same as dark brown seed on the plate shown at the end ???
Ya, that was weird. Did she perhaps grind it first? If so, she didn't mention it.
You are beautiful.
Dr. Anne, I think I am allergic to marijuana. If I have such an allergy, would this sativa be unsafe for me?
The two are not related.
Hi Dr. Ann. Does Black Cumin Seed has Sodium?
Are the seeds giving the same benefit?

Yes!! I thought the same when she lifted the plate - different See from what’s in the bottle she showed.
If true, that’s a pretty glaring error!
