The black doors and baseboards are interesting. I never saw a dark quartz countertop before.

People walking away potential mortgages, are up 40% due to overpriced homes. Don't buy into "this is a great deal" talking-point, by person wanting your 6%. Look for realtors that will be honest with you. 👍

It’s a neighborhood park, only for the people that live in the gated community. I think it’s a good thing, it would be great to just walk outside and play at the park, especially if you have kids and pets

Jack, I like you sugar, but how in the world is this house $1.2M?? Fiberglass tubs, jack n Jill bathroom, not sure what type of counter tops that is but it's not granite. The master has no access to the outside, there are no jets in the tub, no jets in the shower. Again...$1.2M?? It's a glorified starter home.

This house is terrible. Literally, you're buying a Million Dollar home, no lighting, carpet everywhere, terrible dark kitchen, little cabinetry, the Whirlpool appliances, non-matching tile in primary bathroom, would it have killed them to tile all the way to the ceiling. Fiber-glass enclosures/bathroom. NO WAYYY!! My wife is soo upset. Rainbow Crossing is much better.

I agree the house needs renovations. However, I was referring to the location and lot views that I really liked. Not the features in the house, which could always be upgraded in the future
