  • Multi-Michelin star chef Nathan Outlaw describes his cooking style and how his food is based around the very best produce. His 2-Michelin star Port Isaac restaurant, serves fish and seafood only. Nathan takes us through two dishes from his restaurant tasting menu, the first is Crab, kohlrabi, seaweed, and crab dressing , this is followed by Turbot, bacon, asparagus and smoked mushrooms.

    I have never had the fortune to work under his shoes, maybe one day... but for me he is the best chef in UK on his philosophy: perfectly cooked, original,simple and complex, traditional and clean dishes. a genius in clean plates, while new generation chefs are taking ready to go sauces and 200 different ingredients deluting powder in water throwing in a plate and call theirselfs chefs...
