My job has me having anxiety attacks daily … pressure from the boss who is a ruler by fear which doesn’t jibe with me. That being said, I think I am a perfectionist and need to learn that 80% good/done is ok. And “F#*k it.
I had one during a meeting the other day - it was mainly due to my increasing social anxiety during this pandemic. Luckily no one noticed but it was very scary and my heart was racing for no reason.
I too felt for the very first time a panic episode in a group meeting. I felt like I was going to faint! Terrible. I am now left with trauma and essentially every meeting triggers this crap.
@@Mechanix360 I’m sorry that’s happening. Mine is slowly going away. I’m regaining my confidence. I would suggest becoming more social. Talk to people and become more vocal in front of others. It’s definitely helped me.

Panic attack happened at work today and I had to call in and go home. I couldn’t drive anymore. Keep feeling like I’m going to pass out.
Dont let it affect you, otherwise you will lose everything, same thing happened with me for 2 years, im having better days now

Do you have specific tools someone can use when they’re actively having a panic attack at work, say, in a meeting, being berated, etc?
How do I do this if I'm in a meeting starting to feel nauseated and dizzy!?!
