I saw one of the pros at my local field yesterday with one of these v2 versions. He was using it for the first time and showed me that he can fire while holding his marker sideways. The loader allowed him to hold the marker 90 degrees from the ground and it would still force paint in to his gun. He explained that holding the marker sideways allowed him to see balls coming at him that would usually be hidden by the loader if he was holding the marker upright, giving him a lower profile and better field of vision. I'm still not sold at $150 but I might look for one on the secondary market.
Crazy to see the paintball market as a whole regressing. This thing goes impossibly slow, might as well use a revvy! I see why pro teams trashed these loaders during development. Might as well follow AC Diesel and use a halo for reliable consistent feeding…
Lol, you have to shoot it on the gun for it to go fast because it’s actually sound activated. The eyes are just for back up. Still not a huge fan, I just believe the “Speed” of the loader in this vid is not accurate.
the sound activation is the epitome of A gimmick nobody asked for and for no good reason at all . A laser eye system is time tested bulletproof and there is absolutely no reason to use sound over laser eyes. This thing is a giant pile of overpriced trash .
@@kevinmreams z2 is far more technically advanced with an encoder/ sound activation system and is several years old. Hell, every loader you listed seems like a better choice… JT created a shell that is prone to breaking (ANS just admitted to breaking the first shell) with no technology breakthroughs and it can BARELY feed 10bps. This thing looks horrible all round.
Sound sctivation was to get around old Viewloader patents. Theres no need for that, but they smashed in old halo sound activation so if you smash shitty paint itll keep feeding into your gun screwing up its eyes too. Just utterly F your gear up.
Honestly for 150.00 dollars I would never even take the the chance on this loader. There is way too many already proven great options on the market that you can get, new & old. knowing your not gonna have any issues at all & will perform. And considering the first edition teams literally sponsored by JT were ditching their triads mid match getting yelled at because they were just so bad.
Indeed, a $100 spire IR2 is significantly better than this thing . I never understood why anyone would use sound to active a loader over a time tested bulletproof system like the laser eyes .
Do yourself a big favor and grab a spire or rotor instead. This thing is trash , the sound activation is the dumbest thing to ever happen to loaders. A spire IR2 is far superior in every way for $50 less , even a Ltr is a significantly better choice.
@@kevinmreams Being sound activated is just dumb, why would I want sound activation when the laser eye system is better in every way ? This thing is a giant pile of trash and only guys who shoot macdev would consider it as a option.
This thing is painfully bad , I mean it takes a special kind of dumb to buy this thing over literally any other loader on the market. A spire IR2 for $100 is far superior in every way.

This video was pretty painful to watch... sorry JT but this is one product i won't be purchasing
Ill probably stick with my OG Rotor and Rotor R2. Dye did well on those IMO.
i have the OG rotor although i love it i do wish there was a top shell with a removable lid like the spires.
OG rotor gang!

Dye over there with the Rotor and Rotor R2. "we are kings of speed"
Welp. It's still terrible.
The jt revolution was honestly better. They honestly really need to go back to the past on design

Thanks for your work brother😊

The IR2 is a MUCH better buy for less money.
Y'all realize that it's a sound activated loader, right? The eye system is just to keep it from spinning if there is a full ball stack.
Good to know because I was about to say that is the slowest POS I’ve ever seen

@@BAGofTALENT the Empire Z2, Halo Too Spire 3 and 4, and BK Ctrl all use some form of sound/vibration activation.

Why wouldn't you have a delayed stop on the motor after 15-20 sec so it doesn't sit and keep pulsing the motor wasting the battery.
I would have liked to see these be compatible with the virtue ncharge. I have dealing with AA batteries.
does that guy own ansgear?
Considering mk 1 was never released, I don’t see much advantage comparing the pre release to the final product…
Because the first one was very problematic and everyone was aware. So this shows where they made changes to fix the problems.

Will the new internals fit in the V1 shell?
Looks like a terrible loader to me. Thanks ansgear for always great videos
I really like it. Just something about it makes me want one. Hope that it's all good to go now

Speed feed is trash and failed to feed. I used one a weekend ago with all the upgrades. Trash
You delivery in france ?
Yikes. I know they had to release something after they mentioned it. But good god that thing needs more torque and a better sensor
It's primarily a sound activated loader. The eye just keeps it from spinning when there's a stack.
Reminds me of a Z2.
That was painfully slow …. It legit stop spinning at soo many points on the testing
That's because it's primarily a sound activated loader.

WELL, not paying 150.00 for that

It has noticeable gaps between the stack dumps. It needs to popcorn like a TFX and top fall off like Z2.
that was literally the same speed as a gravity loader. wtf are they smoking at JT/GI sports
Drop tests are useless on a sound activated loader.
@@TheBroz oh shoot I didn’t consider that
@@TheBroz on my old halo if I turn the sensitivity all the way up I can do a really quick drop test but I’m sure the triad is different
Say it with me JT.... vlocity 2.0
It has that same annoying motor wind and stack pulse noise as the Vlocity.
Honestly the vlocity is a phenomenal loader. That being said the buzz is annoying
My revvy is faster
