Konnichiwa Ryoya san. I made this today using the red shiso that grows in my garden. Shiso has a very unique taste and I let my 5 year old niece try it. She really loved the flavor of it and insisted that she wanted to drink some more tomorrow =) Arigatoo Gozaimasu 🌈
what I really love about your videos that you use typical japanese cuisine. Makes me want to try out all the different foods out there. Thank you for inspiring :)
its so satisfying to whatch your videos and Listen to it Sounds white preparing the dishes Or drinks Glad to Found your channel. nice work! Keep doing its awesome!
Hi. Thanks for the video. Shiso is one of my family dinner service. It has it's own unique taste so we don't season it. Just a little bit of salt is fine too. Oh, and you guys can eat the leaf as well. ovo
I havnt tried making this before, so im a bit confused.. should the leaves be dry? if yes then how dry should they be so i could make this? shiso is just growing anywhere here in our neighborhood that is why im just picking the leaves
I believe it made the water carbonated. I'm not sure how it works but it probably used pressure to make the water nice and bubbly, almost like a soda. :)
To me shiso kinda tastes minty on the first taste and lingers with a super strong menthol flavor. Not sure how adding vinegar would make that any more pleasant of an experience.
I love almost all the flavours of Japanese cuisine. From mentaiko to shirako. But shiso, or sesame leaf, is the one flavor I do not enjoy. I am sorry. As always this was another lovely video.
Mo-zaïk. Sisho tastes like heaven....Sisho tastes like a cloud.....SISHO TASTE'S SO AMAZING U WILL LOVE IT!!!! tbh I don't know how it tastes like but I'm sure it tastes amazing

MosesGamer I believe it was a carbonator
I don't understand what the thing you are been using from 3:18 to 4:08, can you explain to me? Great video I've add this to my relaxing playlist! :)

It uses Co2 Capsules to carbonate the water.
it says 2000g of boiling water is that 2kg or 2l
Gary Bedford 2kg
2L, 2000g is 2kg, but when it comes to water 1lt is the same as 1kg.
They turn green!!
