Id rate him a 9/10 He is a tank, dps, and CC in one unit. He isn't super broken but he is insanely good, sometimes i forget that he is a tank because he does a really good amount of dmg.

What I love about A rank Kamui was his yellow skill, parry move. I wasn't going to pull for S rank Chrome but I heard he has parry skill then a must pull thus complete both the Hawk and Ice squad. Here praying that I get enough pull for future S rank Vera and giant robo tank pilot by Nanami.

its a day after the patch that's how it normally is. it only becomes a week after patch if there is two Constructs a patch if so they make the A ranks take a week before they are available. so S chrome will be available on the 17th
