And no none of the tenants could afford to buy. And no prices won't reduce if LL sell up. There is more than enough buyer demand.
Landlord 24 years .fully referenced tenants refused to let anyone in even during a sewer block attended by north west water that flooded next door . When they left of their own accord a house that was 5 star was found to be so dirty it cost £600 to clean£3000 to redecorate due to excessive candle use all the linked heat and smoke detectors had been removed and lost a leaking gutter damaged the kitchen in all £6000 to get in back to a good condition but not as good as when first let . I used an agent but in three years they never got in to check I think they just made up condition reports and they returned the deposit of £759 too..
An answer to that is yes dint farm the poor simply din not let to them .. is that your wish it seems how it’s going as rents rise and then no bad tenants oh wait no tenants at all ha ha
