      Beatles formula in simple terms: 4 talented musicians who love each other like brothers enjoying and exploring thier skills together ......and driving every girl on earth insane in the process. Black or white, I have not seen a band like the that did not have 1) an ego or two breaking the group from the start, 2) a hard on HATRED for society (rapper, metal, punk, etc), 3) or were just the puppets of a label making them a boy band. It just seems flat impossible now to have talent meet a hand full of big hearted musicians and hearing them grow up into creative people

    • @BlueRoseFaery
      @BlueRoseFaery 7 ปีที่แล้ว +69

      No, just no. Outkast's Hey Ya is a gut wrenching tale of doubt about true love, infidelity, & how hard it is to find some one, that masquerades as a fun dance song because of the breakdown & chorus. This is standard level trash about haters, "we so great", bitches & hos & "partying too hard".

      @Spanishdog17 7 ปีที่แล้ว +32

      BlueRoseFaery The lyrics are not similar at all but the way the guy from Black Beatles sings the hook sounds suspiciously similar to the way Andre sings on Hey Ya. Andre 3000 is obviously 5 million times more talented and Hey Ya is a billion times a better song, if anything I think they're kind of stealing from an older song that they know is good to play it safe.

      ConvincingPeople that's the difference between a lot of rock and a lot of bad rap, rock was often about sex and women, but it was at least creative and had real instruments playing to get you in to the feel of the song, too much mainstream rap these days, like these are just copy and paste boring unoriginal lyrics about doing drugs and sleeping with your girlfriend, with just relatively generic artificial beats built in. So of course songs talk about sex today and in the paste but in songs like this today it's just bland, boring, and it's been done countless times. Not ranting at you just giving my opinion, cheers.

Their obnoxious voices sound really grating in some of their other songs but its not too bad in this song. I'm so glad Juju on that Beat wasn't a hit here in the UK, that song is utter trash

      Really? I haven't heard it that much and it only just got into the top 40 before leaving a week or two later. I guess its still popular enough to be played on a lot of radio stations. I agree with you, Black Beatles is bad but Juju on that Beat is so much worse, I'm glad I've managed to escape hearing it too much.

    The Beatles are called the greatest rock or pop act by Rock critics but it's usually a bunch of white men who put them on a pedestal. Not saying that the Beatles aren't amazing because you know they are The Beatles but that's just impossible to say who's the greatest because people come along throughout history that have an immense impact. on top of the fact that it's just impossible to compare people during different eras of time. And not to mention that the Beatles really took a lot of their inspiration from black music and even did a lot of covers that got big and people don't even realize that they're covers
    Perfect example Twist and Shout was a cover of the the Isley Brothers version after they re-arranged it from Bert Berns
