I am opening a fast food in Dubai, rented the place etc. however this is my first time. so i try to get info from people. no one is ready to share info. currently involved in setting up the plumbing and electricity of the shop and everyone is out there to take money from me but do nothing. i swear no one will give you this info( i have read books of Grinding with mcdonalds, Setting the table, Shake shack story, black tap etc etc and i didnt find useful info as much as i find in this one video of Afzaal). Afzaal is sharing a million dollar Idea. he could have benefited in many ways from this video, but he didn't. This guy has the brains and generosity. this is killer combination, and he will reach where is wants to go. we all should learn from him, i mean his generosity and replicate it. in true meaning this guy is showing you how to catch a fish rather than give you a fish. finally i would love to see a collab between Kun Foods and Azad chaiwala

@@zamansyed86 i think Azad is more or less like a motivational speaker . his problem is he is jack of all trades. Nevertheless his videos are positive and kind of stepping stone for starters. i have been inspired by Robert kiyosaki book rich dad poor dad. but if you go online Robert kiyosaki does not have a very clean record but i cannot dismiss the fact that book motivated me to do something...although i am from a very humble family and the thought process is that it is not possible for people like us to get rich. good and stable job is the ultimate goal for everyone , recent times had made me realize that there is no stable job and money is king. however by doing a job you can't become rich

Wearing gloves while cooking isn't convenient and safe at all. Even in western countries chefs in big restaurants don't wear gloves. Gloves are usually used by front staff who serves or assemble food. Best practice is to wash hands before preparing food.
It depends on one's eeman how he handles food for others.
