The price is low because the location is very far even from downtown Sharjah. Its like a 2hr or 3hr drive to Dubai.

@@caro.krueger how? By driving 200kph? And without traffic maybe? 😂. A drive from Al Qasimia to Dubai takes 1hr. The location is almost at the edge of Sharjah desert seriously.
@@geekytroll7968 You might put "Masaar by Arada" on Google maps and in this moment it shows you 37min with the traffic from Dubai Downtown. When I was driving with normal speed there without traffic it took me 30min to get to the exact house. 😊
