I used this as my warm up for my Master Class in L.A. and it's not my normal warm up (meaning it's a little bit easier than my typical hip hop warm up). My daughter is 5 and has a genetic disorder called Rett Syndrome. Today, she had her first, second and third seizures. Once she was settled and asleep, i thought about reaching for the Tim Tams, but instead i put on this video and danced the stress away. THANK YOU LAUREN! THANK YOU KELSI!! I'm so grateful to have found a safe, fun way to relieve my stress. The only thing dangerous about this...... my moves. xxx

Hi Lauren. I am a teenager and you have inspired me so much to be healthy. I know almost all of your dances and I love this one. Every night I'm practicing a new dance. I just want to thank you for the inspiration you have given me. Hoping that one day I can be a dance fitness teacher.

I was just saying I was going to look for a video and this appeared on TH-cam, well,then I found this on Facebook. I danced for years... then... I got married and had a family.. focusing on them and not me. last few years has been about reconnecting with me. So this video will help. My brother dance with Culture Shock from the beginning of it for years professionally, even the Jabawockies were in the era he was in, when they first started.... so this... is right up my alley. Lol. I love it! I'm convinced some people come to the videos just to offer their unsolicited advice, not to actually work out...But videos like this are great for people like myself who don't like the gym, but love to dance. After being in a slump for a while, this gets me back into workout mode. Then, I will work my way up to more intense workouts. Thanks for this though.

I teach at a middle school in Georgia and we just formed a dance team about two week ago. We got notified rather quickly that they wanted the group to dance at the pep rally. The girls we scared because the group had just formed and didn't have a routine. I found this on TH-cam and the group learned it rather quickly. Needless to say, they are a fan of yours and was grateful that the routine was easy to follow. I must also admit, they raised the roof at the Pep Rally, so we want to say thank you and are looking forward to more of your dance/fitness routines. Thank you again, they asked if you did something to WOP by JDash. I said I would look until they get comfortable making up their own dance steps and routines

The only part I laughed about was when he started doing a certain move and the guy behind him went sorta O.O and moved away. XD That was really a laugh at the other guy, though. And I don't see so much blonde, as grey. Looking pretty darn good for his age. ^.^
