Funny funfact, this was made before Chiyo's lap 3, because I had more experience with Noise lapping music, basically a test if we look at it in a more professional way... what am I Yapping about?
Song Ideas:
Noise unlike peppino doesn't have a definite Lap 3 theme, so I couldn't exactly take a base from the Noise lap 3 songs, so I basically did what I did with Chiyo's lap 3, get base from the lap 2 lol
