Currently ppl who were gambling with heavy qty and loss making emotional traders,option buyers will decrease. Where seasonal traders, like Praful will make less than usual. But I think, its better for trading community and not good for brokers.
Now time is for option buyers many small retailers loss lots of money by this daily sideways expiry , now time change if any one has talented buyers or sellers than he can earn money through trend following , no sideways only trend following,

I will see the situation for next 3-4 months and decide whether to partake again.
I thought 2% extra margin on expiry day will be applied on margin i used to trade in a trade like from 100000 to 102000. But it applies on contract value. Now my margin requirement is double on expiry day. Now i really hate sebi and Indian govt. Their nonsence decisions make serious traders to take more risk either they have to do option buying and the another option is to take a loan to meet their margin requirement.
Come in directional selling and show your skill in direction selling like buyers if all sellers have really talented than all sellers show their courage in direction selling

bro, Office me almost sab ki lagi padi hai especially last 30-40 days were bad ! Yaar last decent profit was made on 15th Oct ko hua uske baad 14th Nov directly. but honestly market has gotten significantly better since last week. Most of the volatility is gone.
Swing trading karo equity mein it will be a better opportunity for an trader because in their is also like very low and profit is also like is higher compared to options because in options kuchh bhi rules aata hai kabhi bhi kuchh bhi lot size kam size badha deta hai aur matlab yahi problem se main bol raha hun aapko ki aap equity shift ho jao because tension bhi nahin rahega aur Paisa bhi aapse matlab aap to expert ho aur aapka capital bhi like in crs so it will be a great opportunity in equity for you so basically I am telling you that shift on equity if you can and make also and video about equity shareholders

After ten adjustments still mtm will be in loss..fed up..i never saw 300 pts move in nifty in one day n now this Friday 500 pts with raise in IV..only increasing brokerage n eyesight 😂

Have had a pretty bad drawdown (nearly 25%) this past 3-4 months. Was not feeling good about myself (both mentally & in terms of skill set) due to this. However, hearing that even Prop Traders are struggling, did boost my spirits a little.

Why do I have to show someone my talent or courage when I can peacefully make money and enjoy my life?

SEBI can't take it, that people are generating more returns tham FDs and mutual funds. Therfore, the are killing the space fr small traders.
I think more traders will move to stock options. Option sellers may consider cash secured puts and covered calls on good stocks.
Then sebi might bring another dumb rules for stock options as well and we Indians will just sit and watch, no one is going to protest.
