In the last 9 seasons Hibs have only stuck with the same manager throughout the season 5 times... in those seasons we won the Scottish Cup, won the Championship, finished 4th and qualified for Europe; finished 3rd and qualified for Europe; finished 5th and qualified for Europe.
I hope we keep Monty on. Our track record shows we get rid of managers too quickly. We quite clearly have players that dont meet the standard required for this level of football. The signings montgomery brought in over the january window have proved to make a huge difference. Can you imagine if we didn't have marcondes and maolida. We would be in a much worse position than we are just now. I hope they are just smart enough to make the right decisions in who we clear out of the squad at the end of the season. But it needs to be done quickly. None of this last minute signing pish.
Also feel bad for Cliff and Kevin who also have to watch this shite every week!
