It seems like it doesn't have much compression at all for a 94cc polini. I suggest u check the piston and ring, of course the ring gap as well. Also i suggest you change the belt.

Is your 28mm carb eating a lot of fuel cause you drive so far outside without any struggle. Mine is eating a whole tank after 20/30km (is adjusted and not running rich)
Fine tuning of the CVT - Spacers so your belt is aligned 100% correctly. - The correct rollers .. - Setting of maintenance of the poulie ... Are you using the correct belt etc ... There's so much difference in width even I can barely choose without directions from somebody else ;p
@@antoniocarvalho4886 Put it on a DYNO ;) Shoot a movie of flyby with clear sound + onboard without wind audio would be AWESOME to hear the dips ... Low on fuel or to much on fuel ... Heavy rollers or way to light for your setup .. All depends ! But testing is the way to go !

Try new torque pulley 2fast, and his spring. This make your Aerox better at all RPM and speeds
