@@someannoyingcommentator I don’t mind some very specific parts like a custom helmet, weapon, chestplate, etc (basically areas that default bricks can’t fulfill) but when off brand parts are used as the main building system, that’s when I make a hard pass. For instance the rule for me is that the mini fig head, torso, and legs always need to be og Lego but all the other accessories are fine of their quality is good
I think it would be perfect with a few more improvements: the front and back bits of the belt on the 3d torso piece were attached to a standard Lego belt piece, like what they use for Batman but black and the Vader belt bits replacing the 3d details on the belt, the "cod" piece being with attached to the belt or another leg accessory, chest box was connected to the torso or attached to the torso using a couple small magnets so it won't end up twisting, the stud bits on the chest armor weren't there, chest armor is a separate part from the 3d torso piece, the bits for the robe and the base suit weren't there, and the mask of the helmet wasn't as wide so it could be used on the official Lego base piece for the helmet. If all of these happened along with a cloth cape that drapes over the arms like it does in the movies, and a cloth robe that can go over or under the chest armor and goes all the way around, and isn't cut off by the belt, then it would be perfect.
I think the armor not only takes away from the charm of lego and makes it look too Revenge of the Brick adjacent, but it also basically removes almost all of the articulation. The new helmet is great though, WAY better than the actual new one
I say that if instead of a lower robe and a plastic layer, it was made of fabric, they would be infinitely better. Luckily, the upper part of the armor does not get in the way much.
All around extremely nice love the sheer amount of detail as well ALTHOUGH I would prefer it if the cape and leggings were cloth as the plastic versions of these severely limit mobility of the character
nah bro the design of the figure in general is just big and clunky and the helmet doesnt even look right, the face might but when you look at the sides it just looks terrible
What I appreciate is the extra pieces making the mini figure taller than average Lego mini figures, which is a great detail since Darth Vader’s height increased when his new legs were installed.
The most interesting part about this figure is how much better the helmet is than either official helmet. The original helmet is Iconic, Faces forward, and looks nice, but it's one piece, the Newer one is two pieces but he's always looking upwards. This one is accurate, two pieces, and it's facing straight, not at an angle. Even if it's just for the helmet, I highly recommend getting this figure if you can find it.
If it was a real official LEGO Darth Vader I would buy it if I could, although it is a bit bulky but I can defo tell you put a lot of effort into making this figure
Not gonna lie, it's way better and more accurate than the official lego Darth Vader. Two reason it bothers me, that the cape and skirt are plastic instead of fabric.
Definitely not a big fan of customs with that much detail and lack of pose-ability, but I wish that Lego did the helmet like that one, the official one is too big and looks like he's looking up at all times, which is why I usually prefer the old one.
Only imperfections are the breathing ventilator doesn’t fit perfectly like the Lego one and I will admit I prefer the Lego Vader helmet I would use every thing else just the Lego helmet and breath piece
I usually don't like unofficial Lego figures but this one is pretty good
I agree❤
The unofficial figures have those accessories that look cool and make you want them am i right?
Yeah ikr??!
Agreed
Somehow I agree
Pretty cool but i prefer simple looking minifigs. I think that captures the "Lego" part of Lego more.
Yeah facts
i agree but i like that helmet mold a lot more lol
Same
yeah
Yeah same
This unofficial Vader looks like it’d be a legit one by LEGO known as “The Ultimate Darth Vader”
For the low low price of $29.99
@@NinjaSquid4EVR that’s too cheap for Lego, more $79.99
@@rockbender3 If he went on sale, he'd be $66.66
as cool as this figure is, it REALLY limits how posable vader can be
That's kind of how Vader is in the movies, limited movement
@@Cheez321 yeah, but movie vader was able to move his legs and arms back lol
As if vader had any movement
@@LaloSalamancaGaming69 Vader was able to walk bro ,he had so much movement except he couldnt lift his arms above his shoulder since it was heavy.
as if Vader is posable
his movement is very limited
When unofficial Lego companies make better figures than actual Lego:
They do make it better in terms of design but in playability the original is way better for kids.
The material used looks like trash compared to Lego’s precision machining of molds

Shut up
@@You_look_stinky make me
Not a fan of the plastic cape and lower robe, but that helmet and the torso piece are perfection
In my opinion the helmet is the best because it looks forward, whereas the Lego versions look up.
This looks insanely better
The helmet seems to be a combination of the old and new Vader helmet.
Thats what makes IT the best
No@@edudepopsmoke
Looks so much better
Yeah it looks way better, the new vader helm is too cutesy and disarming
I think we can all agree that this is better than the real Darth vader
Depends, it looks better but lots of the posability is ruined
If only his cape and... whatever around his legs were made of cloth, he'd be perfect!
But I still like him just the same!

Now he’s 7ft tall! Lore accurate.
То неловкое чувство, когда неофициальная фигурка лучше оригинала (ничего против оригинала не имею! Он мне тоже нравится)
✨✨✨
How is this better it doesn´t even look like lego anymore
@@LarsHoste 😁maybe!
@@LarsHostehow is it not? Lego is lazy you know this look at the Lego clone helmet design

Looks nice, however there is 0 mobility in the legs and heavily reduced mobility in the arms. Would be better with cloth capes imho.
Man I really love that lego Darth Vader sets good job and I wish I have that one😁😇
Amazing ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🥰🥰🥰🥰😍😍😍😍😍😍
The helmet on this figure is more Lego-proportionate than the official one, It looks better now.
i have one like that, the plastic are not the best quality, but they're even more better that the originals legos in design
Great minifigure
This is better than the actual minifig, especially the helmet. Good job!
Impressive. Most impressive.

Unironically cool as hell
0:56 I like the “on board armor”

That body with the new Lego brand helmet👌
And also, the addition of the pieces between the torso, legs, and head. It gives him extra height so he looks bigger than other minifigs
That figure was really cool thanks for sharing it!
If it wasn't for the plastic waist cape and the cape, this figure would've been god tier competitor against Lego's own Darth Vader Minifigures.
All that gear would also make the figure taller than others, for a more authentic look.
Looks pretty cool, though loss of mobility is bummer
just like the real one
I like that helmet mold
Is it just me or does the helmet look like combination of the old mold and the new mold
Not just you, it's definitely a custom shape. I'd say it's mostly just not as tall as the new vader helm, which looks far better
yooo dudes empire is pretty chill
another improvement is to make the top of the lightsaber more like an oval streched out and not flat rod
Kinda like it
veeeeeery cool
WHY can't real lego look this sexy?! WHYYYYYYYY!!!???
Because this material is more cheaper and less durable than that lego uses
@@jeffreyms5948 yeah but still WHYYYY???
because real lego has gotten lazy and only thinks of money.
Minifigs are mass produced, and lego can’t really pay for custom molds like this, especially with licensing fees and such.
Well maybe it's because of the chestplate, the cape, and the skirt piece. It's not something a normal figure would have
Nah bro this is awsome
If it had the red eyes it'd be perfect
awsome vid
If it was a real official LEGO Darth Vader I would buy it if I could, although it is a bit bulky but I can defo tell you put a lot of effort into making this figure
typical lego fanboy hahahahah
They didn't make it. They're just showing it.
Dude this minifig looks just like the movies lol.
this is 12x more accurate than the real ones…
Might want to give credit to Revenge of The Sith for that first clip.
While this trumps official lego’s vader figure in detail, it lacks in mobility.
I don't know, I do like the look of it. But it feels like the look take the whole lego look of the figure
This is why I buy unofficial star wars figures, way better than LEGO. specially the clones man huge quality drop on them
I got that mini fig it is awesome
he looks a bit funny lol
Hes the upgrade
This mask design is so accurate! I hope lego make a new Darth Vader mask design, more like this one!
I would use the battle damaged body or the bacta minifigur because this is how he looks under the Armour
That's clever. 👍
How did you get the pieces?
At least these guys put the waist cape on him, lego didn’t bother with the waist cape
yeah they made a cape but its plastic so u have to disassemble the figure to make it sit if ur making an animation with it or playing with it
wow nice
The reason he doesn't want to place his feet on the base is because he hates being stuck to the floor, it means he can never have the high ground
Not gonna lie, it's way better and more accurate than the official lego Darth Vader. Two reason it bothers me, that the cape and skirt are plastic instead of fabric.
Viewers: man youtube recommendations are boring lately-
Kenobi Clips: *Hello There!*
that looks like you could buy it as an action figure
I really want that
The first mini figure seems to a real Dart Vader the best
They should make a lego Darth Vader with red lenses
Ill be honest, the bulkier the minifig, the cooler.
nice
Not gonna lie the helmet looks like the old Darth Vader lego
This minifigure is from delsbricks, I got it and it was super cool
Cool

Its from a brand called WM Blocks in China. Dont remember the product number, but if you google it you should be able to find it easy

Woooo
Still surprised no third party company has made a red-eyed Vader minifigure
The unofficial darth Vader is good for show but unpractical for play comment if you like it or not. 👇
This should be a limited edition single mini figure. It has a more "complete" look then the Lego branded Darth Vader figures.
Was this made by some company or just by a very skilled enthusiast? Can we buy it?
"You dont know the *power* of the *knockoff* side!!"
I got a Star Wars ad for this vid
I feel I should take notes from you lolsies
It looks like the old darth vader mask
If there is similarity
It doesn't look like Lego anymore and the cape and waist cape should be cloth that would look much better and the figure can move better better
back leg printing it scares me
i wish this was real lego
i like the real minifigs, sorry but this doesn't feel like LEGO to me, still pretty cool and good looking
Alternate faces on a bald minifigure looks so weird
