NPR described Carsie Blanton as "...one of those hardheaded, open hearted protesters that makes revolution sound desirable to your body even if your mind wants to resist it." Here she is with her Handsome Band doing 'Be Good' for Tomboy Session #13.
The Tomboy Sessions is a live, music video series made in Santa Cruz, California. The series features music performed by touring and local artists. Videos are shot in Tomboy, a unique and intimate vintage and Western store.

Incredible songwriting with great messaging, and catchy hooks (earworms). She's one of the best of the internet-genned musicians; now people are covering her tunes. Look up a track entitled "Jacket."
Others include "Shitlist," "Fu*k Yourself," in styles from folk to R&B, pop to jazz, rock to early 20th century -- she is a wealth of talent and overflowing with decency. Her Handsome Band is first class, and her albums are worth a good look and critique. Her official videos are well produced, and refreshingly entertaining and "woke."
