Hey thanks for making this video. Is it normal for Parexel CRAs to get 50k salary for someone with no experience? It feels pretty low especially given that it's in a high cost of living area.
I have done four years engineering in Biotechnology and I have practical knowledge on PCR, Gene Digestion, LIgation, Microbial Growth Techniques, Immunology experiments including Antigen and antibody interaction, Agglutination and Blood Groups etc. Can i apply in parexel? I'm from india and i had done my graduation in National Institute of Technology(NIT) which are next to IIT's which are top engineering institutions of India!!
hard to say specifically, depends on the company and how much they count the study coordinator experience and also location. I would say anywhere from 50k -62k. Best salary is for CRA, i would reccomend you go CRA for a year then in house cra to get the highest salary.

What is the scope of contract specialist in parexel (contract management).
Not so familiar with that position. I think they would review contracts with the clinical research sites.
