We must never let this be forgotten, never let hasbro forget how stupid this choice was. They chose a practically bottom tier layer base, a mediocre layer weight, rereleased Dragon2 (like we needed it), gave it a disk that should have been given before hand, and gave a driver that not only already has a hasbro counterpart similar to the TT version but also is outclassed by practically everything. Not a single good decision was made for this entire product.
I think I made a major discovery a friend of mine with just the stock combo of the Lord spryzenlike one of the teeth are like almost entirely annihilated but on my little brother's joker I put a dash driver on it The teeth actually barely even wore
Chip: We already have Dragon-2 from Command/Imperial. Layer: I don't remember if Ace was good in Limited for defense, but these burst stoppers can really help it out. Disc: I like Drake conceptually, but there's really no use for it. I want one, but it's not worth this purchase. Driver: 1) It's not Reboot' so it's immediately worse. 2) Because it's Hasbro, the smaller tip probably isn't that tall. This means that if you put it on the niche classic combo [Inferno Ifrit Heavy Reboot], it's going to be far less effective at Smash Attack than if you used a TT Reboot or Reboot'. Weight: Despite the fact that I, myself, do not have a copy of Zan, you can find it on so many other releases. It does not make this purchase worthwhile. Overall: This is absolutely not worth it. Even in Limited the parts aren't good enough to be competitive.
Yeah, I agree it just seems like a sad release for pro. Why would you buy these when Command was already released, Ace doesn't come with Rock, Glyph, and the dragon ripcord launcher, at that point I would rather buy TT Ace Dragon
Should have been swapped with like command or something. Makes no sense the better Dragon gets released first makes the new one obsolete immediately after release
They gave us another chip and layer we didn't need, a decent disk, and they gave us reboot when we didn't need it (couldn't they of atleast given us the white reboot' from that limited cho-z Valkyrie?) even as a dedicated pro-series fan, this is not a good combo or beyblade choice at all
No reason to get this. Dragon II? Already have Imperial aka Command Dragon. Ace? Sucks, nobody cares about it. Drake-P? Already have a better looking Takara one thanks to Storm Pegasis Drake High Survive, so I don't need that anymore (unless I stumble across Zwei Lúinor). Reboot? Yeah, right. 😏😏😏 Hasbro really threw an interception with this play.
Nah I gotta go on a long-ass rant for this, cuz Ace Dragon might unironically be the worst Pro Series release yet. And I'm not even talking about the fact that Pro Series has been marketed by Hasbro as a 'competitive authentic Japanese' Beyblade toyline and such, we should judge every product by their competitive potential, cuz Ace Dragon already failed that like the vast majority of Pro Series releases. What makes Ace Dragon, in particular, such a dumb release isn't even how every single one of its parts is competitively outclassed, (by GT standards even, much less current TT Db), or the repeated parts in the Dragon 2 chip, _it's how the rest of the parts are an inferior version of a past release._ Ultimate Reboot is a better version than Reboot, and Ace is literal childs play compared to Command. _Why in the flying duckling would you give consumers the past evolution of a product after releasing the better, and later version a few months prior?_ It makes no damn sense and Hasbro is on some long, and crazy crack to think this was a good idea. But fine, whatever, give westerners Ace-Dragon-even-though-Command-is-way-better, at least drake is a new part (still outclasse-shh shh we are trying to be positive here), and hey, Hasbro can't be _that dumb_ and give us normal Reboot when Ultimate Reboot is already out so a dash version would make sense especially when we had Xtreme' and Quick' and- ....... goddamnit Hasbro...
