cool - im concerned though with the final end cut - could you use some form of push stick on the rear side or right side(where the up is up hill) and not have your right hand so close to the bit?
Yes thanks Al. I was a bit concerned myself. With retrospect the base of the sled should be about 4" to 6" longer to give clearance. I have found a safe position where my hands are clear though
