- Chaotix Mania is a full game mod for Sonic Mania Plus created by Xanman & Team Studio Chaotix Mania, featured as an entry for the upcoming Sage 2020 next month!
Chaotix Mania will attempt to remake and recreate the game, Knuckles Chaotix into Sonic Mania. This mod will include all of the Chaotix zones remade to fit the one player gameplay and also include music and bosses from the source game.
For the latest demo here, we got 2 new levels playable: Isolated Island Act 1 and Techno Tower Act 1. Plus, checking out the new Chaotix-themed Special Stages, and new encore colors for all stages available!

Your mods are amazing
Honestly, I think Chaotix is an underrated game
At the time people just wanted more sonic in the usual fashion so when that game came out it was almost like a different game altogether.

Knuckles: chaotix is genuinely an amazing experience if you treat it as a party game instead of a sonic game and play it with friends

If there are extra slots for mania characters, I believe it would be in the best interest for this game to get the Chaotix cast in the game, I just like the idea of having A LOT of playable characters, and that would give us 8.
I like how Chaotix seems like it was meant to be for only the secondary characters, the ones who aren't Sonic, as even Tails seems to have been implied to be planned for the game too, but got scrapped.
and for this mod, now more relevant secondary characters like Amy and Ray could totally tag along for chaotix, and yeah, having Amy would be cool too, I mean, just slap the Mania Amy mod and we're set, right?

A true mania chaotix would be a mod like this but sonic, tails, and ray would be replaced by espio, vector, and charmy in some way
this would be perfection if it was mixed with that chaotix skin mod that changes characters to vector, espio & charmy

This was before Sonic Mania was decompiled, so it wasn't possible to create custom bosses or custom gimmicks or anything like that. But as I said, Sonic Mania has been decompiled since so it's now possible to create those said things. Unfortunately tho, this mod has been cancelled and is now private on GameBanana, which is a real shame.
The levels look more empty in this mod.
That will be fixed in a future demo

@@bluestreakedladyshe-her8507 They cancelled it about a year ago, probably too late for them to give ownership to someone else. So it would be best to just make your own mania mod and import all the assets.
And with Mania just being decompiled recently, you can now easily code in Chaotix stuff, instead of reskinning, existing bosses.
