This song sounded familiar. I discovered that Vince Neils song "Cant have your Cake" sounds like this song. Compare the guitar riffs and you be the judge. I think Vince Neils guitar player had been admiring this song and "borrowed" the Van Halen sound. No crime. All rock bands did it at one point or another. That Vince Neil album kicks ass by the way.
