Some people live simple lives and do not have much to talk about, especially if they lack education and have not traveled outside of their small areas in order to experience much. It's easier if you have some common ground or interests etc., but that may only take you so far.
Thank you. Your comment got me in a deep thought about myself. It may not be related to the comment but I'd like to share it if anyone else is reading. For me to be simple and go out and experience new things. Lately I've been around rough people and it got my mind complex (thinking too much) and also being a hermit crab not going anywhere. I need to figure out how to change things up.
@@elyajvlogs Solitude can be both, healthy and unhealthy, depending on your current situation in life. It is good to maintain a healthy balance in life, with regard to most things. Even Jesus spent time in solitude. It is good for self-reflection and prayer etc.. In truth, we are never truly alone, though.
@NSAKEY That's deep meaning. I totally agree that it's good for self-reflection and prayer. Reminds me of when the Messiah was washing the disciples feet, setting an example, showing even the Master came to serve people. Doesn't matter how high our status is, it's a good idea to help others and be good example to others.
@ Yes. Christ knew, better than most during that time, that we are all children of God. Regarding solitude, too much can sometimes cause depression. Even for someone like me, that generally prefers to be left alone and is socially awkward etc., I have to make efforts to socialize, even if that means talking to someone online that I have never met. It really helps to have friends or family that you can spend time with. For me, I have family, and I prefer it that way. For you, maybe you have friends that you can trust.
Thank you for your time commenting. Not only I think it would help me but also others that stop by to read the comment section. In Scripture it does say that the Father of Heaven created man in His image, so we all have an image of Him. And the Messiah also said, hating a brother is the same as unaliving him. Things like this I would forget a times but seeing your comments reminded me to be mindful. Because it may not be like it seems, and it's not good for me to be negative. Keeping the peace and possibly building relationships. I totally agree we need others, family and/or friends. I think being disconnected from others, can be very sad, lonely and sense of hopelessness or helplessness. I've been there, disconnected.. and it's a dark place to be.
