His claim that this Georgia team wasn't among the best championship teams in the CFP era is dead wrong, and I'm a Bama fan. Their draft picks proved they were.
I’m a Dawg fan and I’ll say top 10 but nowhere near the best. This defense had a weakness against great downfield passing as evident in the SEC championship AND our offense was not among the best ever. They were just good enough
@@taylordawg0388the most important metric in this game….wins. No team has had a better record over any two year period, draft picks and wins than Georgia. The championship game was the most lopsided bowl game in NCAA history. Saying they are maybe top 10 is crazy talk. These past two seasons are unprecedented. What championship teams are you putting in front of them?
Just rewatched this broadcast and it was by far the best post beat down analyst real time that came from anywhere north of the smokies. Job well done fellas!!! Go Dawgs!!!
SEC fans crack me up you're so proud of your football and you do have great football but the thing is it's all you have your conference can't do jack shit in anything else. Georgia basketball is pathetic. Michigan has the best athletic department in the country we don't have the best football team but we're the best at everything. That's what the SEC doesn't understand about the Big 10 we're good at everything not just one single sport
@@chadwickneumann2773 you guys thought it was gonna be a walk in the park? That's only cause Georgia lost to Alabama. But what you forget was. Georgia lost to Alabama lol
@@chadwickneumann2773 Michigan fans like you actually crack me up. Why? Instead of acknowledging that you got your asses handed back to because your football program is overrated and over hyped, you go off on a limp wristed tangent that's completely off subject... Engage in all the mental gymnastics that you want if it helps you sleep well at night. The next time Michigan football faces Georgia, the results will be the same. Michigan will be over matched, out manned, and outclassed and Georgia will win by multiple scores. Why? Because Big 10 football is overrated and it gets a free ride from the national sports media and your fans actually buy into this nonsense. Stay in your own lane 👍
Ive probably watched the beat down of Michigan five times as much as I've watched the Natty. Michigan fans just talked waaaayyyy too much....every few months I circle back to the doom and gloom response of taking Michigan to the Woodshed lol
It doesn’t matter who played GA. They weren’t going to lose to anyone. GA and bama are NFl farm teams. Watch GA win it all again this year. It wouldn’t surprise me at all. They’re loaded again. Michigan isn’t going to compete with that. Osu can’t, usc can’t. Maybe Alabama will find a way to beat them again but those two teams are on a different level. As long as Michigan beats it’s rivals and wins conference titles I’m good with that.
@@Adam-vs2inyou say you’re satisfied with winning B1G Championships. I don’t understand that mentality. Do you know what a long and difficult road it has been for Georgia to get back on top? Perhaps you were unaware it was only a few years ago we were the butt of a million jokes. We couldn’t win the “big” games. We will NEVER beat Alabama! And now, after constant hard work, scouting and recruitment, we are back on top, National Champions, and we’re an “NFL farm team!? Jealous much? Alabama didn’t get to the top by just being satisfied either-resting on their laurels. They worked extremely hard and it paid off. We’ve dealt with injuries, bad recruiting and just plain bad luck, among other things. You think beating a rival like Ohio State is equally if not more important than winning National Championships? Unbelievable. Congratulations on a successful season, beating OSU, and making it to the CFP. That’s not good enough for Georgia, or the SEC for that matter. But then, you already knew that.
@@mariejustme well satisfied or realistic take your pick. I’m just saying there’s UGA, bama, and everyone else right now. We already know sec teams have been paying players for a long time and Michigan doesn’t like bending the rules. Maybe NIL will balance out at the end or maybe not but right now they arent close to competing with those two teams. Again, not a knock on Michigan. They’re as strong as they’ve been since Lloyd carr was there. It took a long time to get back to where they should have been the past 15 years. Yes, sec has had an advantage paying players but you already knew that. If you didn’t then you’re an uneducated homer.
After the first round of these NFL draft it is clear Michigan got beat by NFL players. Georgia had more players drafted than any other college team including the first overall pick. Michigan never had a chance.
What’s hilarious is I seen a lot and I mean a lot of Michigan fans talkin sh*t after the sec championship game. Saying that their team was going to beat the dawgs a$$ 😂 🤣. I knew in the first half when Harbough tried to get cute and go for it in 4th down and didn’t get it. I knew right then that the dawgs where going to hit Michigan hard. You can’t do that to The Dawgs, gotta play them honest.
I knew at the coin toss, when you saw that Georgias middle linebacker Nakobe Dean, who runs a 4.5 40, was the size of Michigans center, and Jordan Davis looked like Haskins on Hutchinson shoulders, with Corum wrapped around his waist
Well, they know they can talk shit before the game, because if they get butt-pumped they can make all the awkwardness go away by saying that it was worse for MSU in 2015. It's just so pathetic.
I'm a UGA fan, but much respect for Michigan. I was honestly a little concerned going into the game, because we have lost games in the past that we should have won. But we did dominate, which we should have.. College football needs Michigan to be competitive again. Dang.. you guys are going the right direction
""They walked into a 5'11" walk-on." And that 5'11" disrespected walk-on ("easiest it will ever get") QB came out on top against the 6'0" (not really 6'0" if you look at the CFP postgame video of them together) Heisman Trophy winner. And the GA offensive line made the Heisman runner up look like a pee wee league player looking for a potty break dancing around waving his hands in the air as he pulled up late to almost every tackle.
and yes this was one of the best sec teams - stats (facts) prove it - they had one fluke quarter against bama - thats not the best qb - that is one of the best teams
I expected Michigan to shit their pants and my god I was right… I just didn’t wanna say it to my own family because it would be quote on quote negative. But guess who won the natty? Georgia did. Now can you get into reality?
Ohio State is the only team that can hang with and beat the big boys. And even they've been rolled a couple times in the CFP. So yeah UM and MSU had 2 great seasons this year and in 2015 but like Mike said, the end result shows how far away our 2 teams actually are
Coming back to this a year later, and I’m seeing the same thing again. Even if we do end up somehow upsetting TCU and finishing off Purdue, I’m not sure we can stand with Georgia. Shoot we may be the #3, 4, 5 team in the country. We may be the 6th or 7th best team in the country. But we’re not #1 right now. Like Mike said in this review last year- not battle tested. Not tested in practice, not tested in games, and the second best team in the B1G is not a Top 10 team.
You can't objectively prove that. But of course SEC academics is practically at an AAC-level when compared to the Big Ten...so you guys think it makes sense.
Iowa had no business being in the big ten championship. And a win vs OSU at home against the youngest team in the Big Ten with a red shirt freshman at quarterback gave Michigan a false sense of security. So they go into the Georgia game thumping their chests and got their windshields blown out like the rest of America knew they would. They'll get another top ten ranking at the beginning of next year because of their successes in 20 B.C. regardless of their shortcomings the last 20 years.
Regional team. Correct. No outright Nat championship since 1948. Bo with no NC s. 2 wins in twenty vs a fully operational OSU since 2002. Regional is right.
Its akin to the fight scene in Gladiator when the smarmy emperor Commodus takes on Maximus and is left flailing away until put out of his misery. #TapOut
I think that GA showed the B10 that recruiting matters. You cant' complete with all of those 5 star recruits. The only school in the B10 that comes close in terms of recruiting is OSU, sadly.
Outside of Ohio, Midwest kids heart is not into football on the high school level like it is down south, In larger cities like Chicago Detroit Minneapolis Indianapolis with larger urban populations the best high school programs in those city would get destroyed by a random small town high school team in the south with a whole student body of 800 kids .. This is a fact
@NorthOfWindsorthats 25 years ago it was a shared natty ok look at the bowl wins of Mich since compared to Ohio St . Sugar, Orange, Rose , Cotton , Fiesta 2 nattys .
Honestly it's amazing what this Michigan team did with what they have. Michigan has had more talented teams (2016, 2018, 2019) that couldnt do what this team did. They are really missing some elite receiver, linebacker, and defensive back talent. Until they upgrade there this is about their ceiling.
@@thehammer810able I generally dont like to overhype guys, but McCarthy, Edwards, and Anthony have a chance to be as good as those three in the next few years.

He forgot to mention OSU in all this with that absolute beat down they took from Bama in '20. Was supposed to be the best offense in the country that season with Justin Fields but then proceeded to get dismantled like the rest of the B1G teams that have stumbled into the playoffs
We’ve actually played for multiple nattys and have even won a couple (against Alabama) osu Had no running game..maybe u forgot their superstar rb was knocked out of the game the very first series and our defense was rudderless without haffly who left after 19. Valenti is right. If this is truly the “Beginning “ then Michigan NEEDS to prove how to close up the gap between where Georgia is compared to Michigan. 💯〽️
This wasn't a gap in talent issue. It's the same dumb plague issues Harbaugh keeps reverting back to. They had a diverse offense in play calling the last 4 to 5 games bit what does Harbaugh game plan? 1980s power football. Slam runs to nowhere up the middle again. Look at the game the Michigan receivers were burning the Georgia DBs but they took 5 shots downfield the WHOLE game! 5! CLEARLY the passing attack was the way to go. Harbaugh WONT let go and keeps looking dumbfounded. Get rid of the dumb power football! Saban got rid of it 3 years ago because he saw it wasn't working with 10 to 7 and 6 to 9 football scores. Cade or JJ HAD THEY BEEN GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY IN THE GAME PLAN TO THROW MORE THE OUTCOME WOULD HAVE BEEN DIFFERENT! Saban already showed you how to beat them. Harbaugh did exactly what Georgia WANTED him to and as usual he stayed stubborn and kept with the game plan until the last quarter midway basically. I keep saying this but " Harbaugh care MORE ABOUT HOW he beats you versus just doing what's necessary to win and dominate" Ask the team why they went to Harbaugh about 4 weeks before the season and told the staff "we want to be more aggressive on OFFENSE" They listened and what happened but then Harbaugh said nope not this game. We're going to channel Bo Schembechler and grind this one out "the ol fashioned way". The play calling was absolutely Horrible. Like I said watch the game again and watch the receivers beating Georgia DBs by 3 and 5 yards and you only go deep 5 FREAKING TIMES THE WHOLE GAME. I'D have went deep at least 13 to 15 times. Let it all hang out. Georgia DBs back and open up the running game. It's NEVER been a talent gap even tho Georgia is very fast it's always been the MINDSET OF Harbaugh and the traditional Bo thinking that he won't let go. You know Samson in the Bible killed 1000 people with the jawbone of an ass. What we would do is take that jawbone and put it on the market and say hey it kills 1000 and I have proof! But when you read the story closely it WASNT the jawbone really it was God's anointing aka empowerment on the jawbone FOR THAT SITUATION ALONE. GOD NEVER used or mentioned a jawbone ever AGAIN. Please be careful not to get caught up in tradition holding on to stuff too long. You can be trying to use something that worked long time ago that God doesn't have His favor on ANYMORE and use it to your demise! No more power football! Throw the ball downfield! Attack , be aggressive and when you see something not working change it for the BETTER immediately!
@Alex Dull nah I don't believe that for one second. Any one that's followed Michigan long enough knows how Harbaugh is with ground and pound. You can't tell me that when the passes were connecting the defensive line was an issue. So it's not a talent gap problem. That's cliche and flat out WRONG. If I'm an OC I'd be pass heavy and quick passing. No defensive line can handle that. Georgia knew that and look at what they did. Quick passing. They didn't do that in other games before to that degree. When I saw Hassan Haskins run up the middle for 3 yards and a cloud of dust I knew right away that was Harbaugh. I pay serious attention to the play calling and that play hadn't been called in 4 games. You don't do power football against a Dline like Georgia then expect good results. That's purely a coaching and scheme issue. They quit doing the stuff that got them to the playoffs. What happened when they finally scored in 4th and Georgia starting DBs were still in game. They moved down field and scored. You can't tell me for one second the score would be the same if they passed more early on. See this issue has been going on for years with Harbaugh and the "channel this one for Bo" mentality that Harbaugh often says. Yes Georgia was fast but as an OC there's a way to offset everything a team does. You can be a brilliant OC but if the HC is stuck in His ways you can't play call like you want when he says we're going to go this direction for the game. C'mon now...Georgia quick passed and chipped Aiden and Ojabo. That's why they didn't get to pass rush deeper. It's the horrible play calling. I have friends who have family members who play on the team. So I know that facts of what I'm talking about. The team griped and complained big time when they said Harbaugh got back involved with the offense. It's not a talent gap issue and NEVER has been it's a bad coaching problem here and Harbaugh is stuck in his ways for 7 years now. Go back and look at interviews with people like the QB Speight was saying Harbaugh handcuffs the QB, watch Joel Klatt talk REPEATEDLY ABOUT DOWNFIELD PASSING THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS saying "you have to give the WRs a chance"... You can't honestly tell me that looking at that game the play calling was diverse like it was the previous 5 games. No way. Yes Cade struggles at times but his downfield passing got waaaaay better than start of season. It's not like Georgia had a great QB or was super explosive. As for the defense I would have Aiden and Ojabo play closer inside. They go too wide on pass pass rushes at times especially when the QB is throwing over the middle. I would have rushed from right side most the game making the QB drift, scramble, be hurried to his left. They deflected Bennet's passes several times. Once I saw that I would have kept a spy on him just to throw his passing lanes off and jumping at TIMES to make Bennett think about running or trying to change passing lanes. Guess what the1-2 second delay in passing means? SACKS! Simple stuff that you adjust during the game flow. You and I both could have game planned better than Harbaugh just using common sense ALONE! They couldn't stop our tight ends and receiver's when given a chance but there's no way your gonna know how much you can accomplish until you position yourself and take the chance. @NorthOfWindsor The video(s) you speak of will show Hutch dominating, nonetheless. I am sure someone can compile just as many of him getting his ass cooked. Of course, this can be said of everyone's videos. Most videos misrepresent the truth because they do not show the good and bad.

@@samshambles391 I would have to say Michigan is above the Regional program level but not at the best of the best nationally obviously like Bama, Georgia, OSU or oklahoma and clemson before this year. under Haurbaugh Michigan has been in the CFP and Big10 title talks until the very last game of the season multiple times and has played in 2 NY6 games on top of the playoff game this year. to me thats more then just regional program not to mention they are still bringing in top 15 to top 20 recruiting classes every year
Michigan finally beat a down OSU team and now Harbaugh has the excuse he needs to leave . He's going pro. He knows he will never beat the SEC. Nick Saban left MSU for the same reason.
@NorthOfWindsor what you don't realize is that teams like Tennessee, Auburn, Kentucky, and Florida would beat this Michigan team. These teams have SEC talent. Even though they did not beat UGA, they still have players that are very talented and will have long NFL careers. Vanderbilt is a joke. But if you think that teams like Missouri and Arkansas don't have elite players that will be early round NFL draft choices, you are wrong. What separates Georgia and Alabama is they have more of these kinds of players than everyone else in the conference. That's all.
@NorthOfWindsor Florida came very close to beating Bama and UGA had trouble scoring against the Florida defense until after halftime. Tennessee gave Alabama everything they wanted and it was a four quarter ball game. Don't tell me I don't know what I'm talking about because I do. I played this game for 8 years, including 3 years of college football before I tore my ACL, MCL, and meniscus. There's early round NFL talent on most if not all SEC team rosters. That's why teams like Florida and Tennessee can play Alabama so closely, and also why a team like Texas A&M can beat Alabama when Bama doesn't play its best game. The SEC puts more players in the NFL for a reason. Big 10 fan boys should have learned their lesson when Michigan got their asses handed back to them by Georgia and it wasn't even close.
@NorthOfWindsor And Michigan, when tested against a vastly superior team, got waxed. Why? Because they don't have the Superior talent to elevate themselves unmistakably over teams like Rutgers and Michigan State... But in the SEC, Texas A&M can beat Alabama, and Florida and Tennessee can lose to Alabama by just one score or possession. The difference? These SEC schools I've mentioned will be putting early to mid-round talent in the NFL at a much higher clip than Big 10 programs. You've lost this debate. Move on 👍
@NorthOfWindsor and the SEC will still put more players into the draft than the Big 10, especially in the early to mid rounds as per usual. You're not understanding what I'm telling you. The sum of the parts doesn't always equal the whole and that counts with SEC football. If you could think critically you could understand this. Most SEC teams have very good parts on defense, even if they don't have outstanding teams. The very best defensive linemen are born, raised, and most likely stay home in the south, particularly the SEC. Michigan doesn't see players like Jordan Davis or Travon Walker or Jalen Carter or Devonte Wyatt. These kids are born in SEC territory and that's where they're going to stay. That's why the Michigan offensive line was SHOCKED by UGA. Guess what? There are plenty other SEC teams with really good defensive players that could have given Michigan more than what they wanted.
@NorthOfWindsor and this Michigan team is the culmination of 7 years of his attempts to bring Michigan up to speed in terms of recruiting/development so the Wolverines could compete with the very best, and you see how this worked out. He's not even close and Michigan's not even close. His best bet is to pull up stakes and go back to the NFL, because he'll never be able to recruit at the level needed to beat UGA or Alabama. He would get exposed with this Michigan team if he played any number of SEC teams and you Big 10 fanboys would be pissing your pants. You are beaten, just as badly as Kirby beat Jim Hairball's arse. Move it along.
As a Kirby Smart program fan(at Bama and now at Georgia) just listen to his talks to the team! As to Stetson Bennett you are dead wrong and he proved that not once, but twice winning Nattys! Stet was a walk on, but so what! He was and is better than any Michigan QB in the past 2 decades and he proved that by beating tougher teams in a tougher conference! The beatdown that Georgia put on a very good Michigan team was not a fluke. Everybody on the reserves played to keep the score down. Georgia teams under Kirby are deep in reserve talent. Just ask other very good football teams like an undefeated Kentucky team suffering a 50+ point beatdown! A 9 and 1 Ol' Miss team that took a 50+ point beatdown. The 60+ point beatdowns the Dogs put on TCU (NATTY) and another 60+ point beatdown the Dogs put on the crybaby FSU team in an Orange Bowl that was way worse than they did to Michigan. Kirby preaches physical toughness combined with lots of reserves that are usually better than the starters on the teams they are playing. You don't go 45 and 2 by being ill prepared and out of shape! Love or hate the Georgia Bulldogs, but if you are playing them at home or on the road your team is the underdog and they are the TOP DAWGS!
Yeah because the morning show and Karsh and Anderson are totally not pro Michigan. My god, one show tells the truth Michigantology cult members don't want to hear and suddenly the whole station is OSU. Biggest crybaby fan base on the planet.

It all just shows that Ohio State is still in a different class than every other program in the Big Ten. The only program who recruits nationally the caliber of athlete that it takes to hang with the big boys.
The current playoff situation concentrates national title talent on 1.5 teams. This is the result. Without caps on the NIL will lead to horrible results later.
No one was going to beat Georgia this year. Not even Bama. This loss takes nothing away from UofM. Mike is passive aggressive on an obnoxious level towards UofM. It was Georgia's year this year. No one was beating Georgia this year sorry. Again, not even Bama.
@NorthOfWindsor obviously msu has gotten the better of Michigan the last 15 years, there’s no denying that. It is funny though when state fans bring up how Michigan has only beaten bad state teams the last couple times when they seem to forget all those wins against Michigan from 08-14 were against some of the worst Michigan teams in history.
I knew Michigan stood no chance. Michigan played 2 good teams all year. They lost to one and won against one because their opponent's QB wasn't ready for a big time game. However, MSU's playoff experience and aftermath, way different than Michigan's. MSU was only down 10 in the 3rd quarter, to a stacked Bama team, both players and coaches. Michigan bowed out 2 possessions in the game. Also the fallout for msu in 2016 was because Dantonio recruited better but those guys got in trouble. If Dantonio stuck to his roots, probably no fall off from 2015 to 2016. Michigan is still getting big time recruits, Harbaugh just sucks. And you can tell he believes that's the best he can do when he's telling recruits he's entertaining leaving for the NFL. Him and the Raiders are already talking.
@@B1G_Brother yet somehow scoring 0, we were still in the game. Michigan would've faired better not even showing up. Not one analyst during that game said MSU was outmatched. But they were sure saying it in the 1st quarter with Michigan. That's a BIG difference. Not only that, MSU was facing off against one of the best teams to ever be on the field. No one was bragging about Georgia's offense this year. Especially not Georgia. Another thing...MSU beat Michigan in 2015...Michigan couldn't beat MSU even in their best season in 17 years. Come on
@NorthOfWindsor lol what? We don't brag about a shared national championship over 20 years ago. We don't brag about championships that were won prior to WWII. Get off your high horse
@NorthOfWindsor funny you only chose 6 years to fit your narrative when in reality in the past 2 decades, msu has won 3 conference championships and 3 division titles while Michigan has 3 conference titles and 2 division titles (which that 2018 division title was a wash because you didn't even go to the conference championship). So if anything, msu has done more in 2 decades than Michigan has. That's 20 years. Let's also add in msu has won 7 bowl games in that span while Michigan has won 4. Michigan is also on a 5 game bowl losing streak. Pretty much since the turn of the century, Michigan has been a ghost of what they once were in the 70"s and 80's
Valencia Enrico great commentary thanks guys let's see in the last 25 years the Big 10 has one only two national titles the SEC has won 11 of the last 15 including a record seven national titles from 2006 till the 2013 title game bama blowout over Notre Dame Michigan got lucky this year but not only will they never beat Ohio State again but they will never get in the college football playoff again if they do they will l o s e and l o s e bad don't forget Ohio state is the top team in the Big ten that recruit speed and that will be Michigan's undoing that's why they'll never beat Ohio State again maybe once in a while but hardly ever thanks Valentine Enrico you're great guys
Wrong. Bama did do much better. Although the scores look similar, Georgia beat Michigan like a drum from the opening drive. Hell, that game was over at the coin toss when I saw the size difference. Bama, on the other hand, had the lead in the fourth quarter, and it wasn't decided until the last five or so minutes of the game. The pick-six at the end made Georgia's win over Bama look much more dominant than it actually was.
Mike is cool and says a lot of shit that Michigan fans hate to admit, but don’t give a team credit throughout the year and toss it out the window when they get pummeled, talent and coaching gaps, u simply aren’t good enough sometimes against certain teams, stop discrediting these teams, Michigan and msu included Bc u do it a lot and ur full of it for that
I think Mike is missing the impact of the transfer portal and NIL deals right now. More money to be made on a per player basis in Michigan than Georgia, especially since MSU is the only other power 5 team in the area, whereas the SEC is eating each other.

1969 is one of the most remembered Michigan seasons of all time.Bo’s first year, They lost to Michigan State, they beat Ohio State’s greatest ever team and the atmosphere in that game was unparallelled. This season truly mirrors 1969 more than any other season. It is one of the greatest. And it will be one of the most remembered teams in the modern era. Go Blue 〽️🏈💪😎
…..and yet, with that said, Jim Harbaugh and the fanbase are not settling for that. 18 years of losing to Ohio State effects overall national recruiting immensely. Beat Ohio State again this year and the momentum really begins on the recruiting trail. Cannot hang with an SEC team who has 40top 100 espn recruits compared to your 7. Just not gonna happen. The coaching staff got everything they could out of THIS team. Defintely coulda played better in that last game but getting to the playoffs THIS YEAR was the ceiling in hindsight. The team on the field New years eve as well as everyone committed to the love of Michigan football got a shock that night as to what it takes to reach the pinnacle. This program and fanbase is satisfied THIS YEAR with what happened but will not be satisfied moving forward. And Jim Harbaugh, the competitor that he is, will never be satisfied coming up short either. Sidenote - the most important position on the field Michigan looks to have found the so called “elite” peice they need to compete in that playoff. A few others did as well (Edwards, All, Anthony, Henning). Jj Mcarthy, as a freshman, looked on the level of 5th year senior Stetson Bennet. Maybe even better considering the defense he was playing against. And Georgia didnt pull their defensive staryers either. Get SEC level in the trenches with that cast of skill players and we’ll see what happens in 2 years 😎💪
You consider a pummeling in the playoff a best ever team? You beat the youngest OSU team which was expected to be rebuilding this year and then embarrassed the B1G in the playoff. That’s pretty sad to consider this a great season, and just shows how low the expectations are in Ann Arbor.
@@seanpatrickkeane3781 ahhhhh I think you need to go back and look at the 4th quarter. The video is up here. THAT ABSOLUTELY WAS NOT UGA's starting defense.
A little late here but I’m perfectly fine with the Big Ten. I like the competition and the improving parity. Because I believe there’s something going on down south. I don’t believe their high school kids are that much better than Pennsylvania and Ohio high school kids. I think there’s birth certification issues due to the south’s extreme widespread poverty that is nothing like the poverty in the north. You’re laughing but I’ve seen too many sideline shots of Alabama, Clemson (surrounded by mind blowing poverty. I lived near there) and Georgia that had guys who looked to be in their mid late 20s Throw in the everything else going on down there and you have a serious imbalance Please don’t give me the “well, football means more to them”. No. There just willing to tip the table to get where they are. It’s pointless for B10 fans to get in a yearly uproar over the SEC. It’s not the fault or believed ineptitude of your schools
@@kaivrock well your premise is just completely unjustified. Players are attending camps for years; recruiting services and coaching staffs follow kids for years. Plus these kids go to school with other kids - including players that wind up at other schools and know when they started school. Plus, the junior sports leagues do exist. If someone were falsifying birth certificates, it would have to start incredibly young - long before anyone would know whether a kid was going to be a football star. Recruiting for schools like Alabama and Georgia is a HUGE operation. And it requires a buy-in from school administration, boosters, and coaches. You wouldn’t believe the money that goes into the football facilities at these schools. And the teams are still generating huge revenue for the schools. I’m sorry that some traditional powers aren’t able to pull kids like they once did. A high school kid now has never known Michigan as a real national contender - at least until this year. They’ve barely heard of a time when a school like Nebraska was competitive.
@@pebblesanddirt It's the poverty. And a lot of these kids, not just in sports, are born right at home and the birth certification waits and errors happen. Then there's all the failed grades which of course happens everywhere.. Which makes me suspicious. When I first saw LeBron James high school highlight reels, I just thought "that kid looks about 21 I just fail to believe southern kids are better football players overall than just what comes out of Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Honestly it's amazing what this Michigan team did with what they have. Michigan has had more talented teams (2016, 2018, 2019) that couldnt do what this team did. You may want to think that one again.
Michigan finally beat a down OSU team and now Harbaugh has the excuse he needs to leave . He's going pro. He knows he will never beat the SEC. Nick Saban left MSU for the same reason.
SEC. Everybody else.
The fact that Michigan DID get back and it WAS easier and they STILL lost. Lmao mercy.

It all just shows that Ohio State is still in a different class than every other program in the Big Ten. The only program who recruits nationally the caliber of athlete that it takes to hang with the big boys.
Ohio state would have probably lost also. Georgia was on a mission. They were determined to win that game.
Go Dawgs.
He was nice to them after OSU and now he’s regressing to the mean lol
Go Dawgs
The current playoff situation concentrates national title talent on 1.5 teams. This is the result. Without caps on the NIL will lead to horrible results later.
But now the loud mouth Sparty slap is saying UM is the best team in the country!!!! 😂😂😂😂
MSU scored a grand totally of *0 points* in the playoff nice try. I thought no one wanted Harbaugh ? Now he’s going to the NFL ? You are a hack
@NorthOfWindsor well you say msu can only talk about the past yet Michigan has to because they haven't done a thing in 20+ years
@NorthOfWindsor funny you only chose 6 years to fit your narrative when in reality in the past 2 decades, msu has won 3 conference championships and 3 division titles while Michigan has 3 conference titles and 2 division titles (which that 2018 division title was a wash because you didn't even go to the conference championship).

Where do you think Michigan and OSU would rank if they were apart of the SEC?
Bama didnt do too much better
That sounds like a wish.

Get SEC level in the trenches with that cast of skill players and we’ll see what happens in 2 years 😎💪
You forgot to mention, that m did what they normally do after their "glorious" season..........they went out and lost ANOTHER Bowl ( Rose) game!!!!!
One of the most remembered teams, or one the most remembered Michigan teams?
You got one thing right: we are laughing at you.
@@pebblesanddirt Thanks Bryan Spam

MSU only has 9 B1G titles since joining the conference and hasn’t won one since 2015. They finally passed Northwestern in B1G titles, though, so congrats! Maybe some day when UM is having a down year thy can finally hit double digits.
In the same time frame, UM has 24 conference titles. Once you guys get half of that then maybe it will justify you all somehow feeling entitled to put MSU in the same sentence as UM.

Have to disagree about Hutch. I'm not going to sit here and say he played great, but he was schemed against and still managed to make a handful of plays in the run game and still managed to pressure the QB. Nobody will claim he was great in the game. But I think he was better than the stat sheet showed.
He was pretty much held in check by both tackles most of the night.
he never got close to Stetson Bennett and made 4 tackles on the game.
ineffective and overrated
@NorthOfWindsor You definitely need to go and rewatch the game. I’ve watched several breakdowns of the matchups between him and Ojabo and Salyer and Mclendon. Not saying Hutch and Ojabo didn’t win reps but they didn’t win many against either tackle. Hell Hutchinson even got blown up by the TEs a couple of times.
