@@Kskssk-19 C1 is the good stopping point for f2p. But i think she has pretty good cons. C2 all the way up improve her personal damage with more support utility (C4).
You forgot to mention that c2 is the only way to make her hydro application keep up with the main pyro DPS chars (Hu Tao, Arlecchino, Yoimiya). Without it, she needs another hydro, which is almost always used anyways, especially with hydro resonance helping Hu Tao. Either way, C2 helps her team flexibility a lot.
