VEGAN Red Velvet Cake and Frosting Recipe | Egg and Dairy FREE

  • My VEGAN Red Velvet Cake recipe and Vegan frosting.
    3 cups of self-rising flour
    2 cups of sugar
    3 tbsp of cornstarch
    2 tbsp white vinegar
    2 cups of Almond milk
    salt
    2 tbsp cocoa powder
    2/3 cup of vegetable oil
    Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes.
    Vegan Frosting:
    2 packages of Crisco
    6-8 cups of powdered sugar
    a splash of almond milk (if needed)
    vanilla extract
    lemon juice about 1 tsp
    salt for taste
