The city of Hendaye is located in the French part of the Basque Country, because on the other side of the river that separates it from Hondarribia is already Spain. With its 3 km long sandy beaches, it delights families and surfers alike, and its typical Basque architecture has its origins in the famous neo-Basque style.
We do not forget during our visit the Château d'Abbadia, the imposing mansion and the emblem of the Basque Coast.
