My transfers is getting cancelled.
1st month - I started with Enrifol from d2 and still my Endometrium lining was 6.5 but normally I never saw it in normal cycle.
2nd month- again started with Enrifol (2 tablets thrice a day) this time 10.5 mm lining reached but progesterone hormone level become high so again canceled
3rd month - dr started with contraceptive pills till d22 and on d14 dr asked to take injections Luprodex and then after period again started with Enrifol

After the embryo transfer you can have a normal life, you can do normal activities, so you can go upstairs, go down, do exercise (not very extreme exercise but you can do), you can go to the gym, you can go upstairs, down and it doesn’t have any effect on the embryo implantation and the embryo is not going to go out the uterus once it’s inside.
