Here we go. One cup semolina, cook on low heat for six to seven minutes then add two tsp of coconut powder cook for another three or four minutes then add nuts and cook for another minute . Put it aside and cover so it stays warm while you prepare milk. Take two cups of milk, once it boils add half a cup of sugar then keep cooking until milk reduces to one cup. Add the milk to semolina mixture and mix, then cover so steam stays inside and semolina could souk the milk- put it in mould and once it’s sets cut it in pieces and enjoy. Sorry she also added saffron to the milk. Hope this helps 😊
