27:03 from a strategy perspective, while the Farmstead has 3 points printed it's cost you at least one point to gain (1 gold) and depending on when you pick it up potentially another point for putting the tree back in your supply.
Great playthrough! Just one correction - in the solo game, you don't remove the unused terrain tiles & put out three new ones. You simply replace any taken during that round.

surprisngly the hardest thing for the entirety of filming runthroughs for me is getting first couple minutes right! i often end up stopping and restarting a half dozen times or more before i get the rythmn down, and i tend to get a bit frustrated when that happens and leads to some slip ups! :)
22:50 - that's not actually the last available bat spot, the top right blank space could have been used because of the presence of the trained family. Likewise if the bat icon was covered by pollution the blank space could still hold a bat due to the trained family.
25:54 or you could top deck a blind terrain card using the worker placement spaces in the very top left
