I really want to stay with this group/team. I am going to stay. Teamwork makes the dream work. I can be assertive. God has given me leadership experience in my previous career and in tech school at Lowry AFB. Years ago, I was the leader of my entire class for munitions systems specialist tech school at Lowry AFB because I had the highest rank in my class.
I will be assertive and fair. Let’s face it, I really enjoyed my volunteer work with this team. There will be a lot of scheduling done on my part and things will need to be changed in a positive way. I lead with encouragement, fairness, and in a peaceful way. Above all things God is my leader and I always ask God for directions and I always ask God to order my steps when I am leading and in all things in life.

Wow. My husband is also a Sagi. He coordinated 14 of us family members to go to the Indy 500. Of course I have to help. Was a lot of work. Keeps saying it’s his last one. This is exactly my reading this week. I live my job, been in it for 12 years but I carry a lot of burden looking after other staff, I’m over worked for a lowsy pay. I’m not getting what I’m worth. I have asked for years for a payrise. I recently decided to apply for another job instead with the same department and is loads more money. I don’t know the outcome of it yet but I’m in 2 minds.
