Okay the forest games are getting a little ridiculous with their inventory. If they make another game it's just going to spawn you into a room full of gear like a separate base.
For graphic the Sons of The Forest. Survival wise Green Hell. I feel like Sons of The Forest is just like COD at the forest or another shooting game with guns, unlike Green Hell is you with nothing trying to survive using your survival extinct.
I prefrer sotf and The Forest, i find the forest a scarier and more intresting game unlike green hell. But with sotf, Sons of the forest feels like a new journey and it's clearly not done yet like bruh this game is still in early access and gh is not so people saying that sotf is trash but it isn't.
sons of the forest is superior, the enemy AI is better much more well done the interaction with animals and stuff is better, and theres seasons snow everything you want from a true survivor game.
Love green hell and have in vr but refuse to play anymore for one reason... hooking and oulling parasites out of my arm every few hours creeped me out, i thought setrings would take that aspect off but nope, so untill it is gone or option to not have in game nit playing, which is sad because it's awsome... before you bla bla actually buy and play and do the pull out maybe then you will realize what im saying
dude its a survival feature to make it realistic. green hell is more realistic than sotf, sotf is just more detailed. you can get parasites by surviving in a forest
Best way to counter the worms is to have bandages and bone picks ready, but don't let it come to that. If you're not at your base, make a shelter. Make a simple palm or banana leaf bed and make sure your campfire is next to it. Try to sleep somewhere like the entrance of a cave, or a clearing where you're not sleeping next to shrubs. You can also chop those down and make your own clearing. New update lets you build tree houses too so you'll never be sleeping on the ground.
If you're referring to the worms then don't sleep on the ground or pass out from exhaustion as you only get those worms that require needles to remove from not sleeping in a bed. If you're referring to pulling off leeches, well...leeches are all over the wet foliage and shallow water in most wild places.
Because there's nothing new under the sun, as long as the mechanics do not overlap in a specific percentage, they cannot complain. To my personal point of view, they are super different, but that's me
