Nice! You should do a slow pitch vs fast pitch. Slow pitch USSSA (for females) you use an 11inch ball and they have harder cores so they seem to go farther. With fast pitch they use the ASA balls that are softer so there’s a big difference! Also with USSSA you get a better trampoline effect with the compression of the bats being lower than regular fast pitch bats having high compression! I’ve played both and I just really really like slow pitch but hey that’s my opinion, watch the women’s games on the USSSA TH-cam page, those ladies are beasts! Thanks for the video 🔥🥎

I played both tournament baseball and softball. Bats were wood only for baseball.
The baseball bats we fooled around with cause less $$$ one thing kept happening it broke when we hit softballs with it. Throws were not of 60 so that we could really hit them on the sweet spot, the end of the bat was a bit fat . Softball bat none broke with baseballs but we really felt the impact in our hands.
I played in a mix league (could have used your arm ,I was SS also and pitched) their was no differences in numbers broken btw.
A dude from Cooper(I'm in Canada we use a lot of Cooper... Used) Explained to us the physics of our bats and had already written down the number of ouches!!! From the aluminum softball bat hitting a baseball. Sadly don't remember is info except don't use the wrong bat. Lol

If you're going to hit a baseball forget that metal bat crap. Get you a maple louisville slugger and swing that for a while. It will completely break down your mechanics and that will increase your bat speed and straighten your bat path.

I have coached both sports, and I can tell you that baseball is an easier sport!! Softball moves fast, ball is harder to throw and hit. plus you most of a tournament in one or two days. not a week like baseball.
