They are working very hard, but lacks basic health and safety tools. The weather could be hot, but it doesn't prevent risk with sewage germs from affecting you, by inhaling the dirt substances flowing in the air, if that makes sense to you. They put mine to duty, before going ahead to work.. There should be checklist of important equipment, gear, antibacterial treatment, detergent bleach, fresh water for cleaning themselves when the work is over. The company is responsible for the staff health and safety, if the company doesn't care for the staff then when they fail I'll, they're basically sacked, without insurance cover, and pension. This exposes the lack of proper rules, of duty in the waste industry with their contractor company.
