I've had a thought of extending my sleep aids, putting ambient noise like rain or fireplace crackles in the background, record and looping some sleepy noises and posting extended 8-10 hour versions of my sleep aid audios. What do you guys think? Would you listen to those?
Yeeeesssssssss!!! It can take me hours to finally sleep and looped/long videos really help me remain focused on sleeping rather then having to find another video to be a constant noise to distract my brain 😅 Edit: Also!!
