There's a glitch or maybe just the mechanic wheere if you are in TPP while sitting in any vehicle, your crosshair and the scope radical won't line up when you ADS. Please make a detailed video of how much we've to aim our crosshair away from the target to actually ADS directly on them.

On ps4 if you equipped gas into melee spot and unequipped it drops almost everything out of your bad unnoticed. I have a clip or 2 saved if you'd like to see.
I had an end circle just like in this video. I was in the shack and the last guy was at the rock on a slope where Wacky was at some point, the guy sprayed me crouched in a shack when I opened the door, I reported him, but not 100% sure he was cheating.
