Hey guys! I just got my 36" Blackstone a few days ago. (It's my early Christmas gift.) I started researching Blackstone and came across you all. The 3rd meal I cooked was your Chopped Cheese Cuban. I had to use French bread because Oklahoma doesn't seem to know what Cuban bread is. It didn't matter, though. They were delicious!! I'll definitely keep watching you all for more recipes! I really dig this. I have these nostalgic memories of when I was a kid and making English muffin pizzas. They were total garbage, English muffin, tomato paste and cheese, I was 5 what can i say. This is a similar concept, but elevated into something that would taste good.

They are also suffering from Alpha-gal so I can't use meat, I sub emu meat. It tastes like a good steak but is from the giant chicken. I'm trying to create a stir fry using it as well as various meals, your help would be appreciated for all those suffering from the tick born disease. God Bless.
