Hey I hear you bro. We def added speed and some skill, our defense shld be better this year. Holloway looks great in the top 6, the emergence of neighbors last year, alot to be excited abt! The central is stacked this year but I hope we can spoil some playoff teams this year

olivier can actually play hockey, so he'd be worth it to get. pezzetta is a middleweight at best, no one's afraid of him. we appreciate the effort, but acquiring olivier would essentially be his replacement. hell, send pezz back in the deal. dvo, pezz, 3rd for olivier and a 5th? might be helpful depth in cbj with voronkov hurt and jenner banged up. askarov...his issue isn't playing in the AHL. it's that he didn't have a path forward in nashville. saros is signed to a lot of money for a lot of term. in five years, he'll still be starting there. in san jose, VV has one year left and blackwood two, i believe. and neither has anywhere near the upside askarov does. this may very well only be a conditioning stint. and askarov may very well be the starter for the sharks as soon as the end of this season.\ i kind of wish campbell was still starting for the oilers. but keep in mind, i'm not an oilers fan.
Xhekaj did hit Stutzle late, but he didnt injure him, it was Stutzle's own stick that caught him high,Im tired of hearing this, and it's all over TSN this way too. Stutzle, himself admitted he seen him coming.

One player I have eyed for awhile that I would take from CLB is Kirill Marchenko who has a cap hit of 3.8.I feel he has the style that could help the Habs and 3.8 is pretty much a deal for a guaranteed 20 goal scorer with upside compared to the 8 mil they are paying players not much above that. I have ZERO use for supporting Amazon and the incredibly rich Bezos.
