I've got a serious issue with the QiCycle. For some reason, the trip computer sees the battery as empty, even if it is fully charged. There is no electric power and the lights do not turn on either. I have tried everything, even the update using this app, but it always fails. Can anyone help me out?
What version of BMS do you have? If zero you can try to re-install and if it fails maybe its hardware related (broken wires) scooter777.ru/article/6566
C GP Thank you for your reply. Both the BMS and the MC are zero. I don't recall confirming for any updates before this issue. I don't believe it is a hardware problem either. The bike is a few weeks old with only 47kms and it was working great when I last parked it. The electric power seems to work for about half a second after I power it on and the battery bar goes from white to red in that split second. Could it be something that was caused during charging? It's really driving me crazy...
After hours of trying, the Xiaomi got back to life! I used the latest version of this app and uploaded the Custom MC Firmware. There are a few hiccups here and then, but it finally works as it should! The great thing is that the top speed has changed from 24 km/h to 30 km/h!

hey mate, I don't seem to have this menu, all I can see after turning lcd display on is speed, time, and battery level. And of course I can change support modes (1-3) Not sure if some new european version, but is there a way to access menu by buttons or smth? I'd like to see if I can connect by bluetooth and upgrade firmware.

Hola, I've tried the firmware and with 100% battery the motor assist until 27.5 km/h in turbo mode. In 4 km I used 17% of battery, so the range will be cut a lot. I donated 5 euro to Christopher in the app for his hard work!
Hi Christopher, please can you help. have tried your app to install the latest firmware and for some reason gets through your process, but when it's trying to update the firmware on the Qicycle, the translated message is upgrade failed. Any ideas as cannot install any new firmware currently. The battery is fully charged however the % is essentially showing as zero battery in the app. Any help would be greatly appreciated, G

Hi Christopher, I have used your app to successfully upgrade my Qicycle firmware to MC019. However, when I tried to downgrade to MC017, it says it "cannot connect to the server". I have ensured that my account is signed in and the Qicycle is connected via Bluetooth. Please kindly advise. Thank you

Yeap, open app and expand left menu. Then press on "Click to sign in" and login with your google account. Once logged in, check "Synchronization" in options menu. Now you will be able to install the updates
