Arise Tā Joe Williams

Justice Sir Joe Williams was honoured over the weekend in an investiture ceremony held on Manaia Marae on the Coromandel Peninsula. Hosted by Ngāti Pūkenga, hundreds attended the event that saw Aotearoa’s first Māori Supreme Court judge rise as a Knight Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit.
