Some of these sound pretty good. I'm excited for some new reads but I still have a LOT to catch up on from 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. lol. I will just continue moving through things as I can. Hopefully you love them!
Ooh, definitely a few here I'm adding to my list, not in my romantasy era but all about the horror. A few on my list that werent mentioned: Four Ruined Realms by Mai Cortland The Way Up is Death by Dan Hanks Close Your Eyes and Count to 10 by Lisa Unger Murder by Memory by Olivia Waite Queen Demon by Martha Wells
Found a description for Dragon Cursed if you're interested.. "Every teen, in the final human stronghold of a blighted land, is subject to brutal tests designed to separate the dragon hunters from the dragon cursed, and one young woman, declared a hero reborn, must fight for her life amidst growing suspicions that there is more to this curse than meets the eye…" The page on her website about the book links to an article with this description and an interview with her about it!
‼️Some books I’m looking forward to that you didn’t mention that I want to read are Beg, Borrow, and Steal by Sarah Adams out January 7th, A Language of Dragons by S. F. Williams out January 7th, The Rose Bargain by Sasha Peyton Smith out February 4th, Emily Wilde’s Compendium of Lost Tales by Heather Fawcett out February 11th, Sunrise on the Reaping by Susan Collins out March 18th, Watch Me by Tahereh Mafi out April 15th, The Floating World by Axie Oh out April 29th, Sounds Like Love by Ashley Poston out June 17th, Den of Liars by Jessica S. Olson out July 1st, Not Quite Dead Yet by Holly Jackson out July 22nd, Accomplice to the Villain by Hannah Nicole Maehrer out August 5th, A Steeping of Blood by Hafsah Faizal out September 23rd, and lastly Coldwire by Chloe gong. Idk when this book is coming out but Chloe Gong said sometime in 2025. Let me know if any of these sound interesting to you and you want to add them to your TBR.
I haven't heard of Wake Up and Open Your Eyes, but I definitely have it on my radar now I got so many recommendations from this that I haven't heard of 😍 ‼
i didn’t know nightweaver was being traditionally published next year!! i got the indie version but haven’t picked it up yet but im so excited to read it
Rose in Chains is Dramione fanfiction. It’s been rewritten but that’s what it was originally published on AO3 as. Several of these are FairyLoot picks in their YA box, so you’ll get a few early.
I love Devney Perry’s contemporary romance’s so I’m excited to read her fantasy romance debut! I’m also really excited for Onyx Storm and the Juliette Cross one! ❗️❗️
The original Dramione fanfic that Rose in Chains was was AMAZING, so I am really looking forward to this. The same day another rewritten Dramione fanfic is coming out, SenLinYu’s Manacled (seriously one of the best things I read this year) I believe the rewritten version is called Alchemised.
Counting down the dayssss until Onyx Storm, Rebel Witch and Scythe and Sparrow!!! And I am personally also extremely excited for The Forgotten Dawn by Laura A. Blake on June 5th, definitely put that on the TBR ;))) 🤩
I’m also excited for some of these! I can’t wait for Rebel Witch in February, Onyx Storm, Danielle L Jensen’s new book and Rachel Gillig’s new book. I also hope Alexis Menard puts out a new book as I loved House of Bane and Blood. There are some great new releases coming!
No release date on the horizon, but I'm dying for the next book in the Wildersongs trilogy (which started with Sorcery and Small Magics). It came out of nowhere and blew me away.
MeL thank you for your great recommendations for me to read for 2025 prayers and blessings for you and your family love 🥰 your Aussie family friend John ❤❤
definitely looking forward to but very nervous about Onyx Storm. awhile back when I first heard "When the Wolf Comes Home" my first thought was 'domestic abuse thriller' but then I remembered what kind of books Nat Cassidy wrote and heard someone mention werewolf and thought that that was probably more accurate, though maybe I could be a bit right too. I've only read Nestlings by him and thought it was okay, but would like to try more. The Julie Soto book is apparently a HP fanfic - I heard someone talking about it the other day but I can't remember who the pairing is. I don't think it's Hermione and Draco but wouldn't be surprised if it is.
I have an antipated why choose book that comes out April 1st that I am really curious and excited about. Called The Never List by Jade Presley. A lot of the romanemance you have on her i am also so excited by. Also, I'm super excited about V.E. Schwab's new book that's coming out June 10th. ❤
Of course I'm psyched for Onyx Storm!!! 😍 🐉 I still really need to read Blood & Steel! The Butcher & Blackbird & Rebel Witch are on my 25 in 2025 list! 📚💖 I'm scared to try Elise Kova again - I really didn't like Air Awakens. 😬 ❗️
Ooooo the cover for Fearless blends in perfectly with the Christmas tree right behind it❕
It did!

Buy the ebook of onyx storm… for me the last one dropped at 10 pm the night before, so maybe you’ll get a few extra hours to read.
Ohhhh
😅 the amount of books on my new release radar for 2025 is verging on unhealthy at this point 😂
Great video! 😊
