Great video! TOPku looks like the top dog as of right now, but Zamasu just seems like it'll be so hard to beat if you're not in green.
Unfortunately as a Broly main, I agree with his placement. A big reason why is because him losing his life to transform is basically a death sentence when fighting actual good players who knows how to deal with Broly early on when building up. Its also a big reason why I sometime opp to use Turles > Goku cause I can build up while having some offense to be a target to keep my life safe. The amount of matches I lost cause I am at 3 life is frustrating, he never should've lost his life.
Honestly me and my friend were having a lot of trouble obtaining starters but we found the goku and vegeta ones. I went with vegeta but i was kinda frustrated in set 1 with blue being the weakest color and my struggle online. But im super excited with all the new support in set 2!
I know I commented on this in the past but the more this game goes on the more I think goku black should be able to play 5 drops on swing. It’d make it way scarier for rush down which blue typically wants to do. It would also be cool if they remove a bug I’ve noticed.lmk if y’all have the same issue or I need to uninstall. But, I swing with 6 drop goku black and play fused gotenks. Yet I can’t draw the trunks and gotten when this gotenks gets played
I believe they released cell one set to early he would be a good dual color leader like green and blue with the pool of cards it would have
Sensu broly is still something to consider. I think he's still competitive just not dominant
I think there is something to be said about the new Goku in cooler being able to stun 3 cards in a turn. Or being able to reuse bulma eff for more swings idk if that's reason for a teir change but it's something I wanna test with

I don't see trunks being A tier, like it doesn't seem he got any support like that and I don't see people even playing, also watch out for my androids, we gonna be winning a lot this set
Honestly I played every type of green deck variant and green is just not it. The fact that red can basically get free battle cards that are in a more difficult range to attack and clear is annoying. To top it off, the fact that android 17 can’t be removed by battle cards effects is aggregating af. The only way to deal with reds board is getting To 7 energy and by that time if you’re not a broly player is rough and even then still difficult because if you’re in a position where they have more that one android 17 on board you’re screwed. Event android 17 and 18 doesn’t seal the deal.
Gohan gets the new Goku which for 3 removes 17 and ramps you, and everyone gets Big Bang Attack.
Against yellow Vegeta, BBA doesn't work either, so you basically have nothing.
Green is super fucked.
Gohan got awesome support. the 3 drop goku, future gohan, and the future trunks. Gohan got an upgrade.

Facts
Awaken at 3 sucks for ToPKu... U7ku is gonna be a manace, with all those new U7 cards. Also, he can play kefla too and i'll be good even if it's not a u7 card.
Topku is arguably the best deck, the awaken doesn't hurt very much when you're going to just kill your opponent while answering their board, u7 is very good. But cheating 3 energy or more every turn is just way stronger than what u7 is doing. That's why he's a 3 life awaken.
@@Drakenks at that point of the game you're easily be threatened by double attackers. How can you deal that late with a non-awakened leader vs mid-range / late game decks, such as green or even yellow, when they start to drop big bodies one after another?
I'm not saying that the effect is weak, it's incredibly strong as you just said, but you can start using it really late in the game. That's my biggest trust issue with this leader.

I've been testing it on untapped and I have won many games on turn 4 one game I didn't need to charge for 3 energy I played the 4c double strike and glimpse plus my hand for 130
@@IlPrescelto92You awaken on turn 3 at most and put your opponent on so much pressure that they can't afford to commit to big attacks. If they're dropping a five cost and attacking your face, they already lost.
Goku Black is a lot more consistent now than it was last set lol. Finding the 6 drop should not be much of a chore now
I would 100% agree. But I've done testing and I still have trouble finding him 🙃

@@philplaystcg420I mean, i tried a build of black lead and has soo much searching cards that you can easily see all of your deck. For my testing i think Black Lead can be low A or mid A
I tried a good searching deck with zamasus and the especially 3e zamasu searcher and it’s weird cause I did a lot of searching but I never felt I was getting anywhere, and especially my hand was diminishing to nothing.
It felt like a ginyu deck, in that it easily sputters out of gas. Gotenks was kind of an out for that to cycle back three cards with black.
There’s a lot of new cards but they don’t play all that well together, I think.
@@Hammerreborn maybe is just my build or to whoose i played it agaist, but i felt it preatty "solid" in the sense of surely very playable yet very difficult to play
I don't understand why people are so timid with tier lists. A tier list that mentions TEN decks out of sixteen as being equally below S tier is, honestly, completely useless. The point of the tier list is to have opinions about what is better.
well, this tierlist is useless 😂. They are just trying to predict without having tried the cards😅
@@bakerstreet7050 Even then, "I predict these three leaders are going to be the best" is a better opinion than "I don't know anything about 62.5% of the leaders".

you are underestimating zamazu by a lot. who could have guessed that a leader that has the best control tools available with a 25k base that can heal is obnoxious af. you can not compare this to broly. broly does not have nearly as many options to either recur or straight out draw cards and control extras as blue has. you can legitimatly outgrind green with this because you for some reason have a 3c extra that bot decks their 8 drops. red decks also have a hard time rushing him down because all your low cost cards get remove way too easily to keep up.
And like we said, we are open to being wrong about every leader, but from what we have seen and tested, we had to place him where we did. But I do hope that changes when we do our next one 😅
Wow you get rid of the 8 drop AFTER it kills one of your cards and swings at you for 45k TWICE. Bravo
If zamasu could heal to 4+, he’d be great imo. But he can only heal to 3, and with 7 or less cards in hand 3 just isn’t enough with the final boards and double strikes
The most terrifying thing is the enemy just ignoring lead and wearing you down, like people do with current crit leaders at 5. When you have 3 life zamasu has 0 draw.
@@Hammerreborn zamasu has more than enough draw with the 4 drop, gotenks and galik gun.
@@leovierra6612 yeah usually you have the 4 drop zamasu on board which will just straight up negate the KO and eat one attack from broly. the other one you can just heal back. i see you didn't actually playtest this and are just talking out of your ass.
