Worst Stay at ITC RAJPUTANA | Honest ITC Rajputana Review - Not So Luxury After All!

The IT Mazdoors are back with another spontaneous adventure! This time, we took a random trip to Jaipur in our Jeep Rubicon, accompanied by a new face-Corporate IT Mazdoor Colin-on his rare two-day holiday. With no fixed plans or bookings, we hit the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, enjoying a smooth journey before arriving at the much-hyped 5-star hotel, ITC Rajputana, at 3 AM.
From the very start, our "luxury" experience fell short of expectations. With minimal staff at night, we carried our own luggage through security and had to wait for a slow check-in process. The hotel's small entrance and eerie vibes at night only added to the disappointment.
The excitement of staying at ITC Rajputana quickly turned into frustration. While some of us caught some sleep, the ever-enthusiastic Sir Hatela, Dada, and Colin explored the hotel through the early hours, only to find it lacked the charm of a true luxury property. Breakfast was a highlight with delicious food and excellent service, but it wasn't enough to make up for the overall lack of hospitality and the staff's indifference to helping us plan local sightseeing.
Despite complaints to the manager, the service remained underwhelming. For a hotel of this reputation, we expected much more in terms of luxury, service, and the "Rajputana" experience.
