Looking good! Is putting the carpet over the floor switch for the brights what they tell you to do? I’ve never seen it covered up by carpet, it’s always coming through that you could see it
Hello, im about to do the carpet on my 72. Did you use any adhesive on the carpet? Was it easy to trim? How much carpet did you end up trimming around the kick panel?
I wouldn’t recommend using any adhesive. I did use some cloth tape to hold the edges down. I trimmed most areas so there’s about an inch under whatever goes over it. I also over-trimmed some areas, so be conservative until you test-fit everything
I’m thinking about adding the fuse block to the Batt compartment. There’s a little space right in front of the Batt where it can go. The wires can run from there, through a small gap where the E-brake cover goes.
