Is the Pentagon considering criminal charges against David Grusch?

David Grusch has been a MAJOR player in the fight for UFO disclosure. The former high level official testified that there was not only a reverse engineering program but that NHI remains have been found. There is a report from The Hill that talks about the recently declassified document of high level politicians dating back to 2011 that wanted to disclosure the reverse engineering programs. Lue Elizondo not only reweeted out this article but insinuated that the Pentagon has already looked into having criminal charges against Grusch for speaking out about UAPs Kristian Harloff discusses.

Nobody (in intelligence in the last few decades) silences a person who says all the things without giving what they said credibility. it's not good for secret-keeping to punish the whistleblowers, anyone with half a brain knows that the secrets are more easily kept if they don't act against him. I wonder why they'd ever consider it at all. I think the last time someone was silenced , or so it seems, that went really badly is the late 1990s. Who gets to press charges against the Pentagon for not being able to account for 1.6 TRILLION dollars last year?
Who gets to prosecute the Pentagon for failing its financial audits for the past six years in a row?
I would not be surprised if certain factions within the DOD would like to bring legal action against Grusch, but I
doubt they'll do it. It would only work against their TOP priority of keeping the UAP/UFO topic completely out of public
    perception.
But once again, Kristian zeroes in on one of the MAIN aspects of this that needs to be addressed.
Mainstream Media's complete dismissal of the subject. It stinks beyond endurance.

have you read the declassified report on the Robertson panel? there are a few ways to find it, but if government websites aren't your thing, try the black vault. There's an entire section about "educating" the masses and "devaluing" the concept of the UFO topic during the early years of the Cold war, in order to provide more signal bandwidth for military action involved with making sure potential attacks from the USSR didn't go un-noticed.
"the Communist threat is more clear and present than the UFO threat" combined with "we don't have communications resources to handle both the communist threat and the immense quantity of civilian reporting of the UFO topic to military departments"
this is all 1940s to 1960s era discussion stuff in the CIA, some scientists, and military / etc people who decided that documentaries, public school programs, and so on would be a good way to divert attention from the UFO topic by making it less important.

There's also a lot of stories about decades of "silencing" being done to keep secrets. (take with that a grain of salt, but I believe some people may have been killed by program operators and officials and "clean up crews" who's goals were to keep things secret at any and all costs)

Kris, loved the 'cast. Here's how I see it. IF AARO or any intelligence agency is going after Grush with charges, then this is a TOTAL admission to his testimony. Otherwise, why would you charge him with anything? He's got to be, not just rocking the boat, but capsizing it. I love the thought of Sean Kirkpatrick or some Intel chief just sitting in his office, fuming. Just turning purple livid with what is getting out. This has gotta be their worst nightmare. Because when the ship sinks, we'll see the rats drown. At this point, I don't really care about disclosure (much). What I want to see is the Deep State come tumbling down. I want these corrupt, lying, stealing scumbags brought to justice. Or, in lieu of that, at least drummed out of the corps. That is my golden delight and I pray it comes to fruition one day.

The problem with that is everything he said cleared a Dopsr review by the department of defense. Just like when former military members write a book and their stories and the details are cleared for what you can mention.

Keep in mind.. that these unacknowledged programs are also “unacknowledged” for a reason.
If these defence contractors are tried in any court, the programs don’t exist.
They are fully covered, because there is “no such program”

From the Hill article; "In another fascinating twist, Kirkpatrick told Mellon that the Department of Justice is in possession of Grusch’s whistleblower complaint alleging the existence of illegal UFO programs “since it’s part of a criminal investigation.”
Could this mean that Mr Grusch cannot make public comments because he is a witness for a pending prosecution rather than a defendant?

I appreciate you letting me comment Kristian. Most channels blocked me because I'm a skeptic. I'm at the point of becoming disinterested in this whole thing and I'm probably going to bow out for a while and focus my attention on other things for a while but good luck on the channel and I hope you are able to see through the BS being thrown out there left and right.

The old rev.-eng. prg. was for a lot of the WW2 Stuff. One of them was the Horten H XI witch got later refurbished. The Horten H IX V3 can be seen in The Air & Space Museum in San Diego. A lot of the old "UFO" cases went back to Delta Flyer´s or "Triangel-Shaped UFO´s", even in South America. We had Quartett Card games with the experimental planes.

Once again, great job Kristian! Your efforts are appreciated. My guess would be that the Pentagon probably tried to blackmail Grusch with threats of prosecution but since he had gone through all the necessary legal and security channels, they couldn't do shit. This is typical of how the system works. The extreme, worst case scenario is when people go missing on a fishing trip, fall out of a window (a favorite of Russian Intelligence), have a sudden heart attack or get killed in a mugging. It is aggravating that legacy media outlets are totally ignoring this issue. With very few exceptions, the networks are staying as far away from this subject as possible. And when I ask among friends and casual acquaintances what they think about this stuff they usually look at me like I just grew a second head. If the government, shadow or not, wants to get to David Grusch or any of the other witnesses or whistle blowers, they can and they will. Trust no one. Keep your back to the wall. Thanks again for the video today, Kristian! See you tomorrow.

Making The Salt Conference would certainly Not be at the top of my go to list If I were Him ! Protecting my family and my own 6 would be ! I agree that the Pentagon question and allegations may be weighing on Mr Grusch but more importantly the outstanding litigations he has to protect his family and himself ... Because of his Courage to testify before Congress certainly has more weight on him ! I Certainly would put my family first !

After Roswell in which members of the Army Air Corp saw the wreck of a Project Mogul spy balloon and went to the press, the decision was made to create these bureaucratic entities where servicemen who unkowingly saw a black budget project were supposed to go and report it to and not spread it. These things are catch and kill operations. As seen with Roswell, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. The cleanup becomes a big problem.

Kristian great talk like always. Also you should point this fact out to people making two things that seem unrelated but definitely are related. David grusch and Boeing whistleblowers. David grusch was asked if people have been hurt or killed his answer was I directed to them to the proper authorities so the answer was yes. Now two boeing whistle blowers were killed for testifying about the quality issues Boeing has. Boeing is a military contractor. So in my personal opinion this proves david statement he made to Congress. If a military contractor is willing to kill over quality issue then they definitely will kill over uap information. Difference between the two cases is that Congress is protecting the uap whistleblowers.

Also side note Dr John McDowell and two other American scientists have confirmed the nazca bodies to be real the ones they studied and concluded, but they don’t know what they are and he has told the scientific community they are real and more research need to be done by more scientists on them. Also he is trying to get the Peruvian government to release the bodies to the US so he can study them with better equipment.

Grusch always says he can’t talk about certain things because he’s involved in some investigations, and now his SALT conference appearance isn’t gonna happen .. all probably because the Pentagon is investigating him for this .. also makes sense now why he didn’t want to meet with AARO not just cause him and Kirkpatrick don’t like each other.
