Theory for base 23:
As you said , base 23 could be in the skibidi multiverse and as we know ,in the multiverse we are waiting for g man to appear and this means that the titmeline of episode 13 of skibidi zombie is taking place as in the 28th episode of the multiverse.

Fact: you could see the mutant zombie in episode 8, but he was normal size, I think the plague doctor increased his size, anyways where the mutant zombie could be seen, he was seen in one of the cage when the zombie toilet jumped over us and when the zombie toilet landed you could see the mutant zombie for a second
I think its just that the drillman are taking G-Man to a place to rest and upgrade too. Your theory also can be right if the drillbase of zombie universe is destroyed and they are working with the secret agent. In fact the secret agent doesn't want the drillman to turn into zombie or to get experiment on.

my theroy: the titan speakerman will drink the liquid but titan drillman and gman will get upgrades. but my theory about the stick being thrown at the pov could of been the speakermen from then last episode but then ran away in their ship super quick and maybe the map to where titan tv man and titan cameraman is real and they will do gman and titan drill man’s work while the get upgrades. also the titan clock man could appear and maybe even some characters from skibidi wars and they might try and study a powerful zombie and find a cure

just a small detail but if you actually know the color scheme of a rubiks cube it should be : white and yellow being opposite from each other and same goes for red,orange and green blue but if you take a look at the cube blue and green are not opposite so the color scheme is wrong or maybe it implies that its special or something. I know this is not useful but just a small detail

Theory 1.
I have a feeling the plague doctor controlled the whole episode here, remember last episode when he got defeated? And titan speakerman left after he was defeated? I already said in the last episode’s analysis that the plague doctor controlled the infected titan speaker because he knew titan speaker would be defeated by titan drillman.
And right during this episode, the infected buzzsaw mutant appeared. This time bigger and taller. The mutant only appeared after the titan speaker left, which leads me to believe that the plague doctor made the titan speakerman leave and replaced it with the buzzsaw mutant. The buzzsaw mutant was probably infected for a while since of its rotting face, it probably grew enlarged because of mutations. I think the reason titan drillman is was absolutely garbage against the buzzsaw mutant was because it was way stronger than titan speakerman.
Theory 2
The note with the plague doctor’s blood, its a demon slayer reference.
Demon slayer is a anime on netflix, the main antagonist is the demon king called muzan kibutsugi. Muzan’s can make anyone a demon by giving them his blood. Some can handle it and become a demon, some cant and will suffer a brutal and painful death being burned from the inside by Muzan’s blood.
Maybe the buzzsaw mutant was one of the lucky few who managed to survive the plague doctor’s blood and grew to be larger and stronger. Maybe the plague doctor tried to turn the dead drillman in his lair into a zombie with his blood, but since as you can see, most of the drillman are made out of metal including titan drillman who’s 100% metal. The moment a cameraman gets infected they suddenly have blood, and when in episode 002 the buzzsaw mutant ate the zombie cameraman, he spilled blood on the ground. This leads me to believe the reason most of the zombie alliance members are cameraman is because they arent the robots we see in the original series, they’re cyborgs. Cyborgs are basically half human half robot smth like that. This can also explain that shirtless zombie from episode 011. Maybe TVmen arent cyborgs and can only be infected with the plague doctor’s touch i explained in a different theory.
Theory 3
since it is confirmed the plague doctor is called/named 049, which is also SCP-049, i have absolutely 100% proof to say that the plague doctor, is SCP-049 from the SCP universe. And all his special abilities, the infection touch, surgery to create infected and “ability” to see “the pestilence”.
Theory 4
The TV man is definitely leading us to a trap, or he isnt.
If he was leading us to a trap:
-probably plague doctor’s base
-plague doctor and his zombie army hide when tv man leade us in
-ambush
-all you can eat buffet for the zombies
OR
-leads us to magnet mine with titans
-hides magnets
-sucks us up
-we will probably die depending on the size of the magnet and how big the range is.
If it wasnt a trap
-leads us to magnet mine
-leads us to titans
-commence operation free the titans
Theory 5.
That note in the buzzsaw mutant toilet’s mouth. If it was placed there that means someone left it there, they probably died after placing the note.

Maybe the drill and clock race can go to other universes but i think this is happening before drill man has upgraded in SM and in SZM drill man is alredy upgraded and maybe he is alredy infected cuz he has in the toilet side and the non upgrade one from TM apperded to help idk cuz in episode 9 i think there has posters of UDM as a traitor and here we get the normal one. I think Drillmen might have a base in this universe aswell because in the original Skibidi Toilet Multiverse by Dom Studio the drill base has been destroyed but i kinda doubt that because Titan Drillman is rn the same as he was in episode 9 of Skibidi Toilet Multiverse but how do the Drillman have secret agent's technology? Well my guess is that in the secret scene in season 04 we will be able to see where g-toilet really teleported to

:here's my theory the infected tv man was ordered by the plague doctor to try and get onto the alliance members good side by trying to act as if he's not a zombie and and my other conclusion is that not only was he ordered to do this he was then told to give away the location of the titans and where they are so that way the tv man can take them there and then trap them. but its possible that the tv man is sick of being a zombie and wants to betray the plague doctor by helping the alliance. and i think i know who knocked the gun out of the pov hand i believe that as soon as the infected tv man noticed what we were about to do he took himself into action and leaped at the pov to knock the gun out of his hands he could have been the one who snuck behind the tree as soon as pov turned around. and if u put the speed up to xo:25 and go to 7:44 or 7:45 you can slightly see a figure hiding behind the tree he's probably the one who stopped pov from firing his shot. and thank you iso for saying the fact that it was a stick and not a person who knocked the gun out of his hands.

I think in episode 98 of skibidi wars it was g man who got teleportrd in skibidi wars and at first he found him at drill man base and then he got his uprgrades and he went to the titans fighting against tri titan
Another theory I have is that this toilet came from the original skibidi series or even the Dom multiverse since it's wearing headphones and is a mutant we've only seen in those universes.
What if Tv Man is pretending to be with the plague doctor and trying to learn the secrets of him, but he needs to keep down so he had to throw a stick at the pov’s pew pew because maybe plague doctor was watching them.
me theory is that like that cameraman that suddenly started getting infected the titans have the virus in them but they haven't actually turned into a zombie yet.

I think the traitor TV man isn’t really a traitor the red algae lets the plague doctor influence him for a few seconds that is why he threw there the stick and at the end of the episode he will come back to his senses and save the POV. That is just my theory also W analysis also the buzz saw mutant came out because the drill man cube teleported g-man to Dom’s universe but also accidentally summoned a toilet from that same universe.

My theory is that the drill bases are different in both universes and they might have 2 bases which could be true in dom studios series but as I think this rubicks cube can teleport anything or anyone anywhere he wants and could may be the only drillman to have it and it’s like in episode 25 of dom studio universe where Titan tv man teleported Titan cameraman with his Rubik’s cube but maybe not because in episode 26 we were showing that the assassin drillman also had this cube unless maybe one drillman has it in doms universe and shares it with the other allience members if they are in danger it would have also been smart for clockman to have it so they wouldn’t die as soon maybe the clock race will die like the drill race…who knows…?
The drillman's base is a secret and the one destroyed in ep23 is a decoy and the GMan apocolaypes is what they found about this
