Gagan Pradhan, who opened the Himalayan Java Coffee Shop in the capital Kathmandu about 22 years ago, has 'branded' Nepali coffee at the international level. The company is currently operating 40 coffee shops through outlets and franchises. Of which 50 percent are coffee shop franchises. Not only this, he is also conducting Nepali coffee export, coffee cultivation, sales and distribution of coffee making equipment, barista and bakery training.
